Stephen was the best tech that I have ever had from any company! He loves what he does and is very good at explaining everything to me . I want him every time to do maintenance . On Time is very lucky to have Stephen working for them!

Excellent customer service and very professional service technician (Stephen N). He didn't try to press me into buying additional services and took care of the my originally requested service call. I've been with this company for years and they have done extremely well.

One Time are the Greatest! Upon reproach, their explanations are well conducted and precise that even a First Grader can understand. As well as, the CS kept me abreast minute by minute of any update, if needed. If an Oscar could be given to them, they would have won 10 everytime

We used OnTime for Plumbing and HVAC. Ricky in Plumbing always excellent work and communication. Jorge in HVAC has been our tech for a few years and always professional and educated us on our system. Never had a problem or bad tech. Super pleasant people. I recommend the company to friends.

The company On-time Experts does not disappoint! They communicate very effectively. They confirm their appointment times and notify you in advance of any schedule changes. They send qualified professional service staff and they spend extra time explaining their diagnoses or recommendations. I would highly recommend them!

On Time Experts and their technicians are great! They always trouble shoot well, very polite and customer friendly. Nick came out to my leaking hot water heater just in time this past week! After making my appointment he was at my home within the hour. He quickly had everything turned off and broken down. He had our new hot water heater installed within a few hours of arriving. He was very professional and most importantly, to the point, which we appreciate! I will continue using On Time Experts for my plumbing and AC/Heat needs!

Another great experience! This time it was for plumbing issue. Came out on time and did a great job, had a new water heater installed. I'm again thankful I found them on a late night commercial LOL I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you again! FYI...they even saved me money by not replacing things that didn't need to be replaced, yes, you read that right, they adjusted off items because I didn't need a replacement! I never get to say that!

Collin was my On Time Experts technician and did an outstanding job on my AC system. He showed me all his concerns and what needed to be done with my system. He worked quickly and diligently and got the job done in no time. I purchased some upgrades after he explained their benefits and cost savings for the future. I'm looking forward to a cooler running system that will actually be cleaning my air as it runs. With pets in the house, that's a real benefit. Thank you.

We used On time experts for over 10 years. They installed our unit and we signed up for a service contract. Over 10 years and 2 services per year, we were up sold on products that failed. One month out of our warranty (even though we did service 2 times per year), we were told our unit needed to be replaced because it wasn't serviced property. The service tech had not been servicing the unit property. We were told he was fired but that the company would not help other than try to sell us a new unit.

I have been a customer of On Time Experts for close to eight years. I have always had excellent service with their company. Today Dennis was dispatched on a service call to assist on an A/C problem that I had. Once I explained the issue that I was having he diagnosed the problem.Within 10-15 minutes he had a solution. Dennis was by far the best customer service experience that I have had. I am continually impressed the professionalism and customer service of the company. I would highly recommend their service to all my friends and family!

Have used these professionals for several years. If you need air conditioning/heating, water heaters, plumbing even new toilets, installation in attic this is the team to trust. They do an install and have a new fresh set of eyes come back in a couple of months to make sure everything is level, operating optimally, addresses any questions the owner may have and reports back to the main office to get a team out if it is needed. Today was a follow up visit by Dale who was meticulous, educated me on programming the thermostats and left the area better than he found it. Dependable and trustworthy.

Had a slow drain that finally stopped draining altogether. On-Time sent out a drain tech first, and he couldn't unstop it, so we were not charged. He made an appointment for another team to come assess the problem; they did, and gave a flat-rate price. Alex and his helper came today and tirelessly worked into the night, installing a new drain pipe under the floor. They also put in a clean-out in case this ever happens again. Alex also made us aware of some of the perks of being a VIP member: one free toilet rebuild a year, one free drain unclogging per year. On-Time makes it worthwhile to be a member.

ON TIME EXPERTS Air conditioning Service: I saw an advertisement on TV for air conditioning cleaning. Called them, on hold for a long time. Finally talked to someone and set an appointment, for the morning the following week. Called the day prior to the appointment to confirm the appointment and to see what time the tech would show...the response was "we have a windowless appointment schedule, the tech will get to you sometime that day". What? Am I to wait all day, not schedule anything else that day? What part of ON TIME is On Time Experts? On time for what?! I had to leave for work, my wife was here for the tech. He found a leak in the evaporator coil and dirty filter. She is texting me while I'm in a meeting, I say to go ahead and add more coolant to get thru the weekend and then will decide what to do next. get home, invoice is $154 for a filter, $ 654 for coolant...total bill, over $1600. THE TECH WAS ONLY THERE ABOUT A HOUR! $154 FOR A FILTER?! $800 PER HOUR?! ON TIME?! I deal with all contractors constantly doing interior remodeling, so I understand...supply chain, supply shortages, labor shortages, but this was abusive, in my opinion.
