Terri was awesome to work with. She was honest and always kept us informed of where we were in the process. Also, if I had a question she was quick to research and respond. We never felt better about an experience like this one. We will definitely use her again

Tina Davis, I have gone through the mortgage process multiple times with different brokers. No one was as on top of their game like Tina. Not only was it a smooth and easy process but Tina studied the market to get me the best rate possible. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good broker. She really knows her stuff to ensure you pay the least amount of fees.

Working with Tina Davis was definitely a great thing for us in buying our home in [location]. We had just moved out here, didn't know anyone and she was recommended to us. She did a great job at getting us a great rate and made the process easy enough. Things did have to shift from the original plan of financing a couple times, but she always communicated openly about those changes. We are grateful for our interactions and service with her and Omni-Fund, Inc.

I have been a real estate professional for 20+ years. I have used Mandy G for a better part of that, not only in my profession but also as my own personal lender. Her dedication and commitment to servicing her client's needs is exemplary. Being available to answer any questions and/or concerns is very important to me, and Mandy has been all of that and more. Mandy is exactly the type of person you want working on your behalf. I would never work with anyone else!"

Omni-Fund This company does not have any soul at all

This company does not have any soul at all. They keep sending mailers out year after year and refuse to even read your request to stop sending false information to you. They even sent out mailers from Utah instead of a local 'office'. They print personal information on the outside of the envelope and claim more is on the inside. Even mail thieves avoid stealing this trash. They even claim that the offer expires, yet I get the same new offer month after month. The biggest lie is that they claim I have NEW and unused VA benefits, yet nothing has changed or unused. Veterans beware.

I must confess that I don't usually leave reviews but in this case I want to take a moment to express our appreciation and say that our loan officer, Terri Lynn was absolutely amazing. She took the time to really explain our options in detail so that we could make informed decisions. She was available to us at any time we had a question, even outside of business hours. She worked hard for us and closed our loan in record time and she made the whole experience so easy. Friendly, honest, knowledgeable, professional, and patient, Terri's service was absolutely impeccable. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or refinance a home. She has our business for life.

Omni-Fund Biased against the man in divorce refinance

Biased against the man in divorce refinance. This company is horrible and should not be in business. Chris Davidson is one of their incompetent Brokers that assisted my ex spouse with devaluing our current home in order to push this loan through because she couldn't afford the equity payment on my half. He then lied to the court in a statement about the valuation and that Covid 19 had caused a huge delay in her ability to refinance a “rate and term" refinance that should've taken no longer than a month or so. I would steer clear of this company if you are doing a divorce refinance or if you want a fair valuation of your property. Do not work with Chris Davidson as he is highly unethical and unprofessional.

I had the pleasure of using Terri *** F as the Loan officer on the purchase of our beautiful new home. She was professional and very accommodating every step of the way! Her vast knowledge and professionalism in the industry made our purchase, very seamless. I was extremely surprised when, at just over two weeks, we had a clear to close and were able to close early on our dream home, leaving us extra time to make the modifications we wanted to before moving in. I would highly recommend using Terri for any home loan needs, as she is absolutely amazing and professional. Her transparency every step of the way helped keep us, the buyers, feel very informed and part of the process every step of the way. We were not left in the dark or waiting on answers any step of the way. Simply amazing!

Omni-Fund Omni-Fund practices are fraudulent

Omni-Fund practices are fraudulent. I have received cold calls several times from different individuals representing this company stating that they have a direct, close relationship with my mortgage servicer. They are aggressive in their attempt to sell me on their refinance services. When challenged, they become belligerent and continue to double down on their lies that they have this so-called relationship with the mortgage servicer. When I called the mortgage servicer to inquire about Omni-Fund's assertion of the relationship, I was informed that my servicer does not provide any information nor have any relationship with outside third-party companies but rather handles all their refinance solicitations from an in-house team. The last call I received from an Emily, phone number [protected]), and text [protected]), she stated Experian had provided information that I was seeking refinance. WHAT? My credit report has a fraud alert locked in on it, also, I am not looking to refinance. The aggression is out of control with one Omni-Fund representative demanding why I did not want to cash in on my equity. Now I do have substantial equity in my home, but I also earn a neat 7 figures, so this needs addressing. Please posit this and let others know not to entertain this type of action from this predatory company.

Terri Lynn Flanders is a true professional and educator too! I worked with Terri Lynn twice in the last year. Terri was involved with me during the entire process both times, picking up her phone late evenings and weekends if necessary..that is VERY unusual based on my previous experiences with other Banks. My first business experience with Terri Lynn was my refinance. I had bought homes before with financing so thought I knew how to get the best interest rate and costs. Terri was super patient and showed me how interest rates and costs work together, so I would choose the best rate for my situation and my next goal. Terri did everything she promised, explained my options clearly, and closed my refinance in less than 2 weeks. So naturally, I choose her for my next home loan where Terri helped me understand the changes in the interest rates, locked my interest rate quick and closed my new home loan in 3 weeks. We were far ahead of the other sellers and buyers during my three way sales transaction. Terri helped me stay confident throughout that process and cared to make sure my loan closing was perfectly timed with my buyers (and their sellers). I know this is normally a very stressful situation-I have looked back on it and cannot believe how simple it actually went. I highly recommend Terri Lynn Flanders to anyone who wants to work with a true professional when refinancing or purchasing your home. Omni-Fund

Omni-Fund Very disappointing Everything is great until you are locked in in a rate with them, then the quality of their service

Very disappointing Everything is great until you are locked in in a rate with them, then the quality of their service drop drastically and their interest in you disappear totally. I wanted to do a cash out refinance on my house and contacted some brokers to find me the best deal. Omni Fund with Shawn K. and Chris D. seemed to have the best deal (best rate with lowest cost, almost too good to be true!) So we locked in the rate. It started off with receiving different loan estimates that did not reflect what was disclosed in the first loan estimate. More fees, points, higher cost in general. Every time I confronted Shawn about this and he said it was just a mistake, he was not sure why, he would fix it, promise I would get what was discussed... Then I had my appraisal done and after 2 weeks I was still waiting on the report. I contacted the appraisal company, they said the report is ready but the lender (omni Fund) has to receive a questionnaire from my HOA first. I contacted my HOA, they said they have already sent the questionnaire the day after the appraisal was done!. I confronted Shawn, he said and confirmed the processor got the document. A week later, I still have nothing, I keep getting wrong loan estimates that they want me to sign and I refuse because they are more expensive and not what was promised. So I sent an email to Chris and Shawn and said my frustration and that I didn't want to do the loan anymore, I know I am not going to get what was promised. This email got unanswered from neither of them. 8 days later, Shawn contacted me out of the blue saying he's still waiting for the HOA doc to get the appraisal report! After he assured me 2 weeks before they got that doc, now he is telling me he doesn't have it? I started to get very frustrated with such incompetence. So the processor directly called me and said it was all a misunderstanding, how they will fix this and get the loan done. It was too late for me, sorry! They are incompetent and unorganized
