Old Timers Roofing review: Install standing seam roof and gutters

I must say I am very disappointed with my experience with Old Timers Roofing I Told Roger and Josh I had been looking at the Western States style metal roof and gutters on the internet and that was the style I wanted He assured me he knew what I wanted He wrote up the contract I signed it wrote a check we shook hands the deal was sealed I had studied the sequence of installation from the videos on the internet saw that they were starting to put the roof panels on but had not put on the gutters which were supposed go on before the roof panels I asked when they were going to put the gutters on one of the crew said they were short some of the material Finally, the roof was on crew left but NO gutters Now Roger calls wants to come by and get the final check I told him I do not have gutters He said O you wanted gutters didn't you A day or two later a crew from a local gutter installer came and installed gutters that go on a standard asphalt shingle roof I called Josh told him they had installed the wrong gutters He did not understand A few days later we had a pretty good rain The rain ran down between the facia and the gutter puddled all around my basement wall I had a puddle in my basement from the sewer vent pipe and on my kitchen counter around my stove from the vent pipe I contacted the company that manufactured the standing seam roof material told them what was going on they said I had the wrong style gutter for the standing seam roof and that rain would run between the facia and gutter They have a gutter system for their standing seam roof that is similar to the one I wanted I E-mailed installation videos and drawing of the of the gutters that I wanted drawings of the gutters that the material manufacture that Old Timers used along with a statement from the manufacture as to how the gutter should be installed If Josh had told me he was not sure how to install the roof I could have helped him since I had watched and studied the videos I am very disappointed in Old Timers Roofing Now I have a sub-standard roof that I am going to have to fix
