Ohio Department Of Unemployment review: My claims

I am a Union Carpenter . I was laid off at the end of October 2023. I filed a claim, 1st was my waiting week, then I filed every Sunday after. I have sent everything they asked for multiple times, sat on hold for hours multiple times, and today was 5 1/2 hours only to be hung up on! I haven't received any money as of today! I have bills stacking up, and the fridge is getting bare ! I can't keep doing this ! Please Help !
