So, I ordered a bunch of bulbs from ohBulbs on Nov. 29th. I wanted 8 packs of Satco S3789 bulbs, you know, the kind that come in 2-packs. But when my order arrived, they sent me 8 single bulbs instead of 8 packs. I mean, come on, that's a pretty big mistake.

But I thought, hey, it's just one order, maybe they'll do better next time. So I ordered more bulbs on Dec. 8th, this time 11 packs of Satco S3789 bulbs. And what do they do? Send me 22 single bulbs, instead of 11 packs. Like, seriously? I was already shorted on my first order, and now this?

Look, I understand mistakes happen, but come on guys. If someone orders a specific product, they expect to receive that product. I don't want to have to keep dealing with this in the future. So please, ohBulbs, just make sure you fill future orders correctly. That's all I'm asking for.
