I am looking for this companies information directors; owners
and complaint process about the trade.

OCH LTD. Registered head office Anchorage Hotel Whale Watch and Dive Centre Dominica
I have phone numbers ;if you call UK and other offshore numbers still same person answers; called Julia.

I can not get any information about company owners or any complaint process;

How to stop this people creating problems and giving troubled to people use their services !

I paid my company renewal fee as usual 2015
I have been always billed in sterling and paid my fee on time.
2015 I got a renewal invoice in dollar; when I intend to pay my fee 300 dollar made 410dollar
but bill was made for 490 dollar.
I thought they made a mistake dollar never hit at exchange rates.

Than they demanded 80 dollar.
after writing for a year ; they also charged me penalties for not paying the amount in full
so my bill reached to 250 dollar.
I argued that my renewal fee has been paid in full ; I had no chose and pay the penalty but they refunded the money back demanding that they wont except card payments;
is has to be wired or western union or money gram.

also they said what ever amount they ask in different currencies I have to pay;
their website shows 490 in dollar so I have been billed in dollar I have to pay 490 dollar.
they also confirmed that company fees does not increased for the year.

I reasoned again and again but they struck of my company and add extra 500 dollar to put
back for good standing ; so 250 dollar penalty and 500 dollar extra for to put company back
to alive!

my company struck of for their intention to bill me for extra 80 dollar; thats not good extra penalties to pay; thats not good they refund the penalties to be charged for putting the company live!

can you please advice how to reach the owner or directors of the company and how to make an complaint about this people.
