August 27th 2023 I was showed a two bedroom on 2706 Dewey ave apt 3 B and was told if I wanted to take it I had to pay security etc etc which I did . When I moved in that’s when the problems started september 1 2023 I saw a huge leak from the roof reach down all the way to the first floor and when I went to my kitchen I saw my ceiling hasn’t been done properly. I left several tickets and nothing has been done . Soon after I was smelling gas and had the fire department come and they had to shut my stove off there was a gas leak ! This was a brand new stove . No one came to give me a new stove I’m here without a stove flooding in the building and leaks in my kitchen I have contacted so many people from Throgsneck housing and nothing has been done it’s insane and crazy I need help ! Also I had to beg for a lobby key because my son has autism and his worker needs the key to get in I work they gave me a key that I can’t even make and it’s the only one . The apartment wasn’t inspected and they rented me out a place that wasn’t ready for a move in and btw the man who showed me the place never was seen again they have a whole new staff

Desired outcome: To get all fixings done
