I contacted NRG Pros by phone on 3/29/22 the representative was very rude and not helpful. I posted a 1 star review on Yelp. This same day I received a telephone call from someone named [Name] who claimed to be the owner of the business- he offered me a $100 gift card and apologized for the previous call he said he would call me later and he did and left a message. I had not called him back. On 3/30/22 at 2pm I received a telephone call from someone named [Name] he said he was from NRG pros- he claimed to be the owner of NRG Pros- I did not know who he was- I told him I did not want to talk with him he accused me of being defensive so I hung up. I called [Name] (who I was told was the owner) back and I asked if someone from his company called me because i received a call from someone claiming to be the owner named [Name] - I then heard the person I hung up with grab the phone and he began to scream and threaten me over the phone about the 1 star review I posted on Yelp he was very angry and said he was trying to give me a $100 gift card and that he can have my review taken down. I am very afraid I contacted the Sacramento County [Organization] and filed a report just in case [Name] decides to harm me. I have been receiving multiple calls ever since but I dont pick them up. He has my address and my phone number - please advise me on what I can do.
