Customer service unreachable and undue fees
It happened 5 days ago, they all of a sudden changed teacher and I could have accepted this, but at a wrong timing, say, I booked the teacher at 1.30 they gave me a substitute teacher at 10.30, when my kid was at school and they made this change less than 5 hours before the lesson, so I couldn't even change it without losing my money. I wanted to complain about this, but since then they are unreachable! They just have this stupid bot with this useless replies.
Very unprofessional, I will use this service no more!
I also have a video in which I explain the situation to the substitute teacher, who probably doesn't care or cannot care about the problem.
Desired outcome: I want the money of the lost lesson (because of them) back.
