Kevin was on time and did a thorough inspection of our condominium in the time he stated. The report was explained to us in terms we could understand and answered all of our questions. Missed the floors buckling and a piece broke off the floor 3 days after moving in. Missed the windows that had bent frames, one was leaking inside and had mold! Missed the cracked beam in the garage. Missed the cracking grout in the master bathroom. All things we saw right away and should not have been Missed.

Beni was great - he took the time to explain the inspection report and answered any and all questions we had. He went through all the issues/concerns like it was his home and that was awesome! The home inspection report was detailed but easy enough to read and understand. I would highly recommend his services!

Very professional and responsive. I did get what I paid for, Ryan was excellent. I thought the agreement with the company was a little over the top. There is a lot of language that serves the company and not the customer, ensure you read carefully and are comfortable with it. I have used four home inspection companies in the past and Ryan was the most thorough. The services provided (recall check and warranty) were a service that was above and beyond the last home inspection company I used.

This was my first home inspection and I am very happy with the service that Northwood provided. The inspector, Ryan K, created a comprehensive report based on visual inspection of the building and unit, and afterwards took the time to go through each section of the report and give his professional opinion on the condition of each item. He was thorough, patient with my questions and gave recommendations for each item that warranted attention. He also showed me key features of the home that I should have a look at. Very efficient business to deal with. They were recommended to us by another homeowner who had a good experience as well. They've created a user friendly electronic booking and form signing. The home inspection was thorough, report was easy to understand, and each and every item you can think of was inspected, with inspector comments. He also highlighted the items we need to monitor. The report had color coding to detect items indicating minor issues (attention required), and major problems (repair or replace), which ensured that we don't miss those. The thorough inspection allowed us to confidently remove our inspection condition just in time to meet the deadline for the purchase of our new home. We would recommend this company and give them 5 stars.
