Northern Lights Exteriors provides an excellent high quality product. The installation crew worked hard and did a beautiful job on the details which made everything look first rate. Anytime we had questions along the way the company was responsive. Jeff ( siding) and Mack (windows) helped to make the selection and ordering process fun! The online tool used to scan the house and experiment with color and design options was great!

We had hail damage this summer and wanted to replace our roof, gutters and siding. We preferred a local company instead of the outside firms chasing the hail storms. Northern Lights Exteriors was our choice based on the reviews we read. It proved to be a great choice! We are very pleased with their work ethic, transparency and workmanship. Northern Lights Exteriors recently replaced the siding and gutters on our home and we had a great experience working with them. Everyone on the project did a wonderful job and our home looks amazing now. In addition to the project expertise, they also excelled at communicating with us both in person and through the online portal. Everyone did what they said they would, when they would and they were very responsive in addressing any concerns or questions we had. Wonderful experience working with Northern Lights! They have become our preferred vendor at our office for all of our exterior projects! Their portal access is MAGNIFICENT! You never need to hunt someone down for answers, everything lives within the portal including photos of the job, estimates, invoices, project notes, you can sign off on all project items there also - this made it super easy for my owners to access from another country and see photos of their project and feel at ease that their property is being taken care of. Very impressed with their quality of work and professionalism!

I called Northern Lights Exteriors after a neighbor used them to install new siding. The siding looked great and we had been considering updating our siding anyway, so I went online and was easily able to schedule a consult. Jonathan was able to come out within 2 days and show us siding options, talk through what we wanted, and get us a quote within about 3 days. The portal made it really easy to see when things were going to start happening, and a large crew was able to get our house re-sided in about a day and a half. We're really happy with the final outcome and I would recommend Northern Lights to anyone!

We had Northern Lights out to paint our house. They did a great job! Jonathan came out and looked over the house and was very informative of what needed done. The paint crew showed up on time and were very respectful of our property. They even took great care of our porch swing which has sentimental value. They were very efficient and finished in 2 days. The house looks great and we couldn't be happier! We had hailstorms this spring and they came back out to check and make sure there wasn't any damage. They also inspected the roof to insure it held up and was still in great condition. Overall very satisfied with this company and will use again in the future.

Northern Lights is a first class operation. From the minute I meet Jeff I relaxed, the last year and a half of searching for a contractor was finally over! He was professionally and clearly new his stuff. We talked over what we wanted to do and inspected everything. He had the estimate to us quickly even though it was a very busy time. The subcontractors he worked with skilled and cleaned up after themselves. They should up when they said they would and kept us informed about the weather changes that inevitable happen in Colorado. The communication is great with an online journal that has everything including contracts, payments and change orders. I was thrilled with the service and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Northern Lights performed a complete siding and gutter install on my house. From start to finish, the process was made easy. The project coordinator, Jeff, and construction manager, Caesar, were great to work with and really took the stress out of what otherwise could have been a stressful process. The portal system was an asset for keeping track of the project schedule, communications, and design decisions. I played around with the 3D rendering software to help choose the colors and design of the house (we ended up going with a combo of board and batten and lap siding). Jeff pitched in ideas, too, which was a huge help. He gave us different siding and soffit material and upgrade options and pricing, and what I really appreciated was that he gave everything in an informative way with no pressure. Prices were on par with other companies I received quotes from, but the overall friendly and professional vibe from Northern Lights is what sold me on them. Can't say enough great things about the install crew. They were top notch in every way - on time, detail-oriented, extremely hard working, and very clean. The look and feel of our home exterior has completely changed for the better, we are loving it so much. Very much worth the investment. 10/10, 5 stars, highly recommend.

After extensive hail damage on my house I was tired of acting as my own contractor and was won over by their promises.they submitted a bid and assured me they were able to easily handle all aspects of my project (windows, siding, roof, gutters, and fencing). As a single, law enforcement mom I really needed someone to head up the project and promised it would be done in a professional, seamless, timely manner. Nothing could be further from the truth. I experienced delay after delay after delay. I was forced to take multiple days off from work. I also became the contractor in this project. I was forced to check the quality of the work on all aspects of the project. Then I had to argue my case over and over to get the shoddy work fixed. Convicted felons were allowed in my house to do windows which were installed incorrectly. The new windows were damaged and needed to be replaced. Siding was gaping, unfinished, and things which were promised had to later be argued in person to be completed. Gutters are of low quality and a section was damaged immediately after installation. Personal property was stolen from my house by an employee of Northern Lights. On the same day, I noticed the sliding glass door would not lock. I was frightened to have my kids at home knowing a convicted felon had just been in my house. It was absolutely unacceptable! They promised everything would be transparent with open communication. This was not the case. They would not provide me with bills throughout the project and assured me it was in line with their original bid. I repeatedly asked for project updates on the cost of the project to no avail. After more than a year of delays, shoddy workmanship, work repairs, arguing back and forth, missed work I was presented with a bill which was more than triple what they bid would be out of pocket for me. Don't be fooled by what they promise. The reviews on their website are misleading. It is a third party review agency that they pay for themselves. Only customers they pick and choose are allowed to leave reviews. Unbelievable! I have no idea how they are still in business and am currently looking at filing suit against this company. Andrea -
