I am cancelling my subscription after seeing the ads for that OFFENSIVE RACIST GARBAGE they paid Colin Kapernic to do. Portraying millionaire NFL players to bought and sold black slaves of centuries ago.. It is disgusting, untrue and absolute trash .. They are paid MILLIONS to play a game.. Please, give me $50 million, I ll gladly be a slave and play a game for 4 months a year!

not really a complaint if there's a way to avoid what irritates me:

When I browse through your offer, not wishing to ad any show/film to "My List" nor click on the arrow down to read a (very poor) synopsis, or forget to click on the x on the top right hand corner of the synopsis, WHY am I automatically led back to PAGE 1 as tho I'd just opened Netflix?

It is annoying; why does not Netflix offers a customer-option system similar to that of a book read on Kindle? when you boost your kindle it puts you at the very spot where you left it.

I know I know you want us to go through again and again your first pages and new offers but this irritates me. You recently put up your prices so you could improve the platform a bit no ? (you will have gathered I dont care for your totally off the mark suggestions).

Neflix's new series A Tale Dark & Grimm is rated for Y7. How on earth did it receive this rating? In the first episode, the children's parents chop off their heads and then sew them back on. A woman admits to eating her own child and then capturing and eating other kids. She is impaled on a candy cane and they show her dangling there. There are a bunch of other totally inappropriate things in the show. This series is 100 percent not for ages 7 and up. This is disgusting.

I am sick and tired of having to watch the liberal political agendas! I was watching the 3rd episode of you and the baby has the measles! now, I get it, they're going after "covid" and now LOve is calling some [censored] "anti-vaxxer"... subtle guys. I have a Netflix account. Money was going out the start of the month. I didn't notice it was going out the end too. I have many DDs and they sometimes use the last day of the month if not the 1st day of the month. Not realising it was going out twice. When I eventually realised. I contacted them. They refunded me 6months but not the other 6m. They admitted it was an account I hadn't used. They appear to have got another one of my email addresses and used it to setup another payment with PayPal. Concerning.

I wrote back and said that's fine let's get legal involved as what you have done is not right. I have not heard from them since. Just automated emails. From that legal email address. Can you help please.

This series, 80% of the chapters directed by anti-Israel individuals, does not mention the suffering of Israelis. No mention of Israelis murdered by Palestinian terrorists (that should also be a Palestinian story). No mention of those involved in making this videos and their support for the BDS (Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions against Israel).

I Love and adore Musk for his space exploration and the premise of Countdown. Series was ruined when they made it political by having one of the astronauts speak to Michelle Obama before launch. Totally not appropriate. The documentary went south from there. Also no reference to God or spirit when in space. Created suspicion in my mind that the cast was promoted not to reference God or anything spiritual? After all how can you not reference God or spirit when in space? Strange.

Hi, I'm writing a complaint about the cat scene at the beginning of episode 3: it was completely unnecessary to show him dead and covered by blood. Neither the plot nor the general theme of the show needed that, and surely the audience didn't too. Is the first time I find my self so upset after watching something on Netflix, and I'm a horror's film fan. Again, that scene was totally unnecessary, disturbing, indelicate, not funny at all.

The folks currently doing 90% of their bounce overs are horrible and the voices getting old.

Shows get cancelled that are popular and are trending. shows get cancelled before they have had time to develop a following. shows get cancelled because they are not showing up in netflix's advertising algorithm. I'M SICK OF IT! i find a show that I like, watch it, go to see when is the next season release, and...you guessed it! CANCELLED. what's the point in even investing in ANY of netflix's shows?! it will just get cancelled anyway. i'm gonna stick with hulu and amazon. Hey Netflix,
Netflix has all the Spiderman movies expect for Spiderman far from home. It would mean so much if you could add it. Looking from a business point of view, I think you would get lots of views because the audience wants to know what's going on and so that when the new Spiderman movie comes out (Spider-Man no way home) would make sense to them instead of having no idea what's going on.
I think to resolution this is to add Spider-Man far from home because i have spent a lot of my time looking for this movie for months and still cant find a entertainment platform to watch it on

I tried three different cards to update my payment details with Netflix, each card (from three different banks) was refused. Reps informed me the system wouldn't accept these cards so I would have to use another card or buy a Netflix gift card instead. How many credit/ debit cards is one person expected to have?

Netflix refuses to fix the error, instead informing customers they need to use a new card. Two reps ended the chat one me abruptly and refused to admit the fault. The chat was then closed to me. Netflix conveniently has no customer complaints department.

If legitimate payment is not being accepted by your system, Netflix, then surely it makes sense to fix your system rather than tell your customers they need to find other ways to pay?

The representatives were extremely rude, I have emails of the transcripts, and the issue has not been resolved. Please fix your system error so customers can pay normally.

Do not cancel this series, big mistake. This series has the quality to last 5 seasons. The writing and acting are of high value, a great cast. Please allow this series to continue.

My credit card was charged by someone. AT NETFLIX that set up an UNAUTHORIZED usage. I contacted customer care and they said they would reimburse my card. I asked for the email that was used they stated they CANNOT give it to me it is a breach of privacy. YES MY PRIVACY was breached. I am contacting the federal authorities to file an investigation.
