Whenever I ask for an explanation, they always claim that the manager is either on lunch break or unavailable. This behavior is highly unprofessional and rude.

I got proof that this check was paid in June and AGAIN in November . They messed up and didn't report this account as paid to the credit bureau. In November , we paid off all our accounts at Noll Collection Services, totaling $1167.80. But they still won't acknowledge that we paid off this $331 account in full. I'm at my wit's end and I'm hoping you can help me out with this.
