This car place sold my daughter a bad car. They said it was good to go, but it broke down a bunch of times while she was driving, even on the highway. They are not trustworthy. Don't buy from them!

Napoli Motors ain't got good customer service. My 2019 car had water leaks fixed three times but still leaked when I traded it in. When I told the service boss I was unhappy, he said it's hard to find leaks. I think he called me a liar. So I got a 2021 car from somewhere else. I asked Scott, the finance guy, for a refund on my $2,400 warranty. He said it's not his fault, it's the warranty people's fault. But Napoli sold me the warranty, so they should fix it. I can't believe they want me to do their job.

I called Napoli Motors Inc on 3/11 two times and left a message to call me. The first time, I talked to a lady in the finance office and explained the situation. She said she had to pull the file and will get back to me. Later in the afternoon, I called again and left a message for the finance manager, but no response. The next day, I called again and left a message for the finance manager. We bought a car in 2018 for our business and added the *** addendum for extra coverage, which cost $999. We thought it was a good idea because it is the business name. We signed it. The car was totaled on 3/4, and the settlement they want to give us is less than what we owe on the car. I called the *** Administrator, and they said the dealership had us sign the wrong form. This form is not for a commercial car, which they knew because the loan is in the business. We had no idea, so we need the dealership to make it right and pay the difference of the loan to have it be paid off. This is their mistake.

I bought two cars from Napoli Motors Inc in October , a *** and a ***. The salesperson made me take *** which I didn't want or need, but they said it was required for all sales. Unfortunately, both cars have had problems since the seventh payment. In May , we found out that the *** in the *** wasn't working and the *** was on in the ***. I'm not sure if it's a safety issue, but it's concerning. We also received a letter from *** about a ***, and when my husband took the car to our *** dealer, they found four *** on my ***. I spoke to Frank in the service department on July 20, and he said they couldn't do anything at six months, but they could look at both cars if I paid for the repairs. Overall, I'm not happy with my experience at Napoli Motors Inc.
