I placed my order on 11/7/2017 but never received confirmation of the order or shipment. I reached out in early December (12/7/17) as the order was a Christmas gift and was informed that I would receive an update in 3-5 business days. I had to reach out again on 12/14/17 for a status as I never received another response. Gianthyna informed me that my approximate order delivery time was 4-5 days. I still did not receive my order. I have requested multiple status' and a refund and cancellation of my order but have been informed that my order was placed and cannot be refunded. I continue to receive the following statement on every inquiry response, "I understand your frustration"; however, there is still no resolution. I have proven the funds were debited from my account and made multiple attempts to obtain the product or a refund to no avail. I have 9 email threads dating from 12/7/17 to this evening with multiple dates and communications per emails if you'd like me to forward them.

My order prior to this order (#330320 placed in Sept 2017) was received; however, the product and box it was in was damaged. I sent pictures and an email to the merchant as it was also a Christmas gift. I was informed I could return the product and upon receipt a new one would be shipped. I had my son take the product to UPS to return and was astonished that it cost him $22.00 to return the item (which cost $39.00) to purchase. My son paid the shipping costs as he is 16 and was embarrassed and didn't know what to do. I emailed the merchant that I was shocked by the cost of shipping and now paid almost 50% more for the product. The only response was an offer of 10% off my next order (which email offers range from 15%-25% on a regular basis). I would have to spend $220.00 just to get my $22.00 back with a 10% coupon. Absolutely ridiculous. I did receive the replaced merchandise within 2 weeks of returning it but should have known then not to ever use this merchant again.

Now I am approaching 90 days since my last order with no merchandise, no refund, no resolution, and no offers to rectify the situation. I am following every avenue I have at this point to get this issue resolved and just move forward without ever recommending or using this service again.

I would be happy to receive the merchandise (as part of it goes with the product ordered in September) and $22.00 to cover my shipping costs for the damaged product in September but, at this point, I'd be just as happy with a refund and to move forward.

Hello. I bought a brush set from this site www.mymakeupbrushset.com as a present for my girlfriend. My order was made in early December and when I purchased they assured me it'll be here till Christmas. Recently I received a message from them stating that they had some problems with the delivery and said that they need few extra weeks to deliver. I'm very disappointed with that. I really wanted to make a good present and was really excited about this purchase. Better stay away.
