My Time Rewards is taking £10 per month from my bank account and I don't know how they got the details as the money is actually coming out of my partners account and I don't have a card for this. I have tried to email twice and tell them I want this stopping but get no reply. I am inclined to contact the police about fraudulent withdrawal of money from my bank.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
My Time Rewards is taking amount every month from my credit card account and I don't know how they got the details. I have tried to email twice and tell them I want this stopping but get no reply. I am inclined to contact the police about fraudulent withdrawal of money from my bank.please advise
I have never heard about the company, its services and did not want to become the member. I do not also remember the day when I subscribed. I was so surprised to know that they charged me £10 monthly. I also did not receive any confirmation that I was subscribed to their services. More than £40 were taken from my account without my consent. I have a strong wish all my money to be reimbursed immediately.
This company is a complete rip off and should be shut down, I have to now wait until Monday to inform my bank that they have fraudulently been taking money from my account without my permission. £110 has been removed so far and every time I have attempted to call their number it has cut out.
Shame on national express and other companies that allow thieves like this to take our card details and hard earned money without so much as a warning or a notice to say what is happening.
I have no idea what happens and how this company use my debit card every month to take £15 from my bank account! It began on 17 th November 2015! It is against the low! They have to be stopped immediately!
I am also an international student. I have no idea how I got this ridiculous membership. It just keep robing money from my bank account. I don't have so much money to waste and I really need the money to pay for my rent and the university tuition. I have googled this fraud online and it appears that a lots of people fell for it. I don't understand why it can still be robing money from everyone. I really want all of my money back. It's important for me. I want my money back immediately! Please!
I'm an international student who also feels very ripped off by this company that I have never signed up with. I sent a whole bunch of emails and I have not gotten a reply! I dont have extra money for this and I'm short because of this fraud. I intend to take legal action against them as soon as I can if I don't get my refund immediately.
I fell for the same scam. Mytimerewards have taken £270 from my account without my consent.
approx. one year ago I purchased new trainers for my son with M&M direct and a pop up window appeared for me to create an account with My-Time-Rewards and Shoppersdiscounts.co.uk. I couldn't get rid of them so I signed up to the accounts, but didn't realise until today, 11 months later, that my boyfriend's credit card (which I used to pay for the goods) was being charged £10 per month for each account. I ran a Google search and noticed a number of complaints with similar details so I called [protected] and the automated message cancelled my account immediately. I then spoke to a very nice representative of the company who told me that the small print explained I would be charged £10 per month for each account when I set them up. Unfortunately, I hadn't read the small print, however, she agreed to refund me 2 sets of 3 months charges and send me a claim form by email to request a refund of the remaining charges which in total came to £220. The lesson from this is, don't use your boyfriend's credit card to pay for goods on the internet, don't sign up to something without knowing what you're getting in to, and if you do both of the aforementioned, at least keep tabs on your boyfriend's credit card statement to spot all the charges going on to his account before he eventually starts asking questions!
I have also had problems with theese, I took up a free 10 day trial with experian (the credit rating lot), however I had to fill in the details online which included My bank details, anyway after 7 days I cancelled, as it was not for Me at the time, about 2 weeks later a payment of £19.99 had been taken from My account, this happened twice, so I rang rewards now to ask what the hell is going on, they told me they had got my bank details from experian, i was fuming that experian had done this. anyway beware of theese cowboys.

Hi Neni80, thank you sooo much for giving me the one step advice on cancelling My Time Rewards, so called membership I never wanted! I have hopefully now cancelled it. I have found the whole thing a shock, how can they take money out of bank accounts like this, I also blame JD Williams catalogue site for guiding the reward site to my email address. I feel like this has been fraud and feel sorry for more people that would be more vunerable. Carol Beckett

I have never booked with any of these and when i had my bank statement through i noticed that my time rewards and shoppers discount has both been taking money out, without my concent to do so, what shall i do about this who shall i contact? thanks stephanie
My Time Rewards is taking £10 per month from my bank account since July. Till now 30 gbp already been debited from my account unknowingly.
I want my 30 gbp to get refunded to my bank account. This thing happen when I booked a national express ticket online and after checkout they ask me to click on some link if I want a cash back. I did click on the link but i didnt know that they were saving my debit card details for cutting monthly 10 gbp membeship fees which they have not mentioned throughout the process.
I donno wht to do
I was also just completely conned after buying something through Ticket Master. I simply cannot believe that it is legal for companies to be able to share our card details in this way. I also cannot believe that Ticket Master would allow for this to happen without being SATISFIED with the partner companies' websites' provision of information, and so can only label Ticket Master as guilty as My Time Rewards. Am tempted to report it to as many regulating authorities as possible! Will also be surfing the net for as many customer forums as possible to spread the word about this thieving deceptive company. I can't believe they can get away with this.
I have just contacted my bank and asked them to start fraud investigations as I never signed up to this scam.
The bank have cancelled my card and will leave them to get my money back and to contact the relevant authorities including the Police.
I think this is outragous.
Stephen from Liverpool
This scam is riduculous! i booked tickets from ticketmaster not knowing i was signing up to time rewards! Last time i checked it was my money and me who decided what i do with it and where it goes, not anyone else!
Just to let other complainants know that the money taken without my authority by Time Rewards was returned. The staff were helpful and respectful.
I encourage others
a) not to sign up in the first place to Time Rewards (or Shoppers Discount - see comment above)
b) if you have inadvertently signed up, then be persistent about finding someone at Time Rewards to talk to and ask for your money back.
Shame on National Express Coaches for supporting the Time Rewards scam!
Hello:
I appreciate EWinkler's attempt to provide other members with My Time Rewards contact information so that their issues can be resolved. However, the phone number that was provided in EWinkler's comment is one of our supervisor's private lines. While she would be happy to assist any member, she is not always available on her private line due to her other responsibilities and works limited days/hours so you will not get an immediate response. In addition, you will have to pay for the phone call since it is not a free telephone number.
Instead, for your convenience, please telephone our Customer Service team at [protected]. This is a free phone manned by a team of customer service representatives who will respond to your telephone call quickly and who will handle your request immediately. They are available Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm and on Saturday from 9am to 4pm. Alternatively, you can also email our Customer Service team at customerservice@mytimerewards.co.uk.

I too have been stung by these cowboys and am in the process of trying to get my money back. Beware also of Shoppers Discount (shoppersdiscount.co.uk) who are also scamming customers this way. I found that both companies were taking money from my account without authorisation. Again, I'm quite careful about t&cs so it wasn't obvious that there would be a membership fee. I got caught through trainline.com and serenata flowers.
Basically you buy something online uising your card - this compnay then offers you a cashback voucher if you confirm the card details ued to make the initial purchase.
They SAY they make clear you are subscribing to a service that costs £10 a month - in fact they at no stage inform you or request authorisation to levy any charges agaisnt you whatsoever.
They then proceed to take £10/month out your account (or £20 if you signed up to 'my-time rewards' and the other scam 'shopper-discounts.com'
Basically a total scam - they claim they make it clear its a service you're signing up to and all charges are made clear to any potential subscriber.
In fact they at no point mention any charges and certainly don't request authorisation to make any charges to your card. Perhaps hidden somewhere in the small print there is something that makes this clear but they certainly do everyhitng possible to keep you in the dark until you've signed up. 99.999% of people will only know they've been charged once their statement arrives!
At the worst this is defrauding the customer by claiming payment on your card without authorisation - at best it can be seen as intentionally misleading customers by withholding information about the service they are subscribing to - either way this lot are a total bunch of crooks!
Total scam, I have been billed for 2 months by National Express and My Time Rewards, without me getting any notification. I checked my transactions and I see deductions.
I had cancelled my National Express memebership 2-3 days back, however I still got charged for the My Time rewards, I don't think I ever signed up for mytimerewards explicitly. I don't know where else the details of my card are travelled via National Express, could somebody tell, if anything else has to be cancelled?
Same story. Has been cancelled in 2020 and they just charged me £15(2021). However, I contacted my bank to report this fraud and the bank will give me a full refund.
I have now received an email from Time Rewards promising to refund the charges

This happened to me too when I booked with National Express. The Time Rewards phone number to ring is [protected].
It is a long process: lots of Kakfakesque yes and nos to answer. But keep on hanging on!
At the end I chose the 'I do NOT want to cancel" option and eventually I had to option to speak to an advisor.
Ask to speak to a supervisor. The one I spoke to was very helpful and has PROMISED ("please take my word for it" she said) to REFUND the money taken from my account.
