This app is useless.
You have to go on the website still to activate your card/register it to your name if you want to use it online…
After you do that, you go to the app to see it, check the balance…or anything regarding that card.

The app is just a splash page.
The splash page says:
“Use this app to add virtual cards to your digital wallet.”
Then proceeds to give you instructions on how to do this.
And they don’t correlate to your options on the MyPrepaidCenter.com.

The sole purpose of this app is to add prepaid cards to apple wallet and it does not work.

For anyone that has activated a prepaid card, you can still add it to your wallet manually, the same way you would add a debit card, through the wallet app.

Understandably, it is stressful for people to see this not working and then come to find out you cannot easily reach support.

This app should be removed from the App Store, and the companies that they host need to find a better provider. 0/10

I was given a $600 code by Delta Airlines for them overbooking my flight. Going through the process of redeeming the code, I was given the option of several prepaid cards, the max limit for them being $500. I chose a $100 card and a $500 card. I was able to redeem the $100 card and have it added to my apple wallet, but every time I tried to redeem the $500 card, I’d get an error from the app that I had already added the card.

Complete timesink of a process and app. There’s no way a human has had a iota of a positive experience using this app.

not to photos, not to memos. It came up as a blank photo & a blank memo. Which led to a lot of time, trying to figure out how to retrieve the card number & pertinent info once again because once you close the email, the access code becomes invalid. So you download this app & your phone is recognized & they download the card into your wallet. But even after you have given the app permission to put it in your wallet, you have no access to the actual numbers except the last 4 digits, unless you took a screenshot which I didn’t because I thought I had downloaded the image. Just something to be aware of.

This app stinks. It loads to the Apple Wallet but then you cannot actually see any of the card info in the Apple Wallet! Print you card info and use that versus this POC app. Horrible product, seems like it’s designed to deter you from using your card, or make it so frustrating you give up. Or that you don’t catch the fact that the info doesn’t load to your Apple Wallet until you try to use it later, only to then realize there is a problem. Print your info and save the hard copies versus dealing with this junk. Hard to believe that printing and using a hard copy is the better solution in 2022!

I had the same issue at first until my daughter showed me how to add it to Apple Pay Wallet. First when you receive an email and you click on “Retrieve Card” it will send you an access code to your email or text, whichever you choose, then it directs you to App Store so you can get My Prepaid Center. Once you upload it, you will setup a login and password. You then will see where you can click on “View Card”. This will show the card number, expiration date and 3-digit code. This app will show your transactions and balance as well.

After I added the card to the Apple Pay Wallet my daughter explained that when ready to use the card you double click the side button on the right-hand side of the phone. It will then ask you to hold your phone to the card reader and then it will ding or chime letting you know the card was charged. The Prepaid Center will show your remaining balance and your card number when you choose to view it.

I use this app assuming it would let me view the card. All it does, and I do mean all, is added to your Apple pay and then as someone else noted you can’t see the card number. Thank God I had already saved an image of it. This tells you once you’ve added it to go to the website where you activated the card to login and View features such as card balance and where you can use it. What a surprise to discover that you were supposed to have already created an account on that website. Once you’ve added the card to Apple Pay you can no longer do that and as I said once it’s added to Apple Pay you have no access to anything but using it. I haven’t tried using it yet and the other person who commented on this noted that hers did not work. I tried clicking on contact us in the app and there is nowhere to email and no phone number where you can talk to anybody! This whole $200 prepaid card for buying an Apple iphone suddenly is seeming like a great big scam. I cannot believe that there is literally no one that you can call or live chat with or even email with when you have a problem creating an account on MyPrepaidCenter.com (the site this ridiculous app is tied to).Apple should kick it off of the App Store.

I got 100$ reward from Yahoo. I waited 2 hours on their website to activate and request plastic card. None of the options work. Then I tried they’d app not work either. I think this scam company trying to stolen your rewards.
The better way to get your rewards, if you have IPhone , add your rewards card to Apple Pay.

Numerous and confusing instructions on how to “activate” card with no success. Was sent a confirmation code via text, and was able to add card to Apply Pay, however card is repeatedly declined. Copied card numbers and manually entered as method of payment and still does not work despite adequate funds. Frustrating and useless.

A totally non-functional app. I really am beginning to think this is a scam. I redeemed a $100 digital gift card through the site, but now there is no record of my balance. The app itself is unhelpful, disorganized, and seems to consist of three screens that run in circles if at all. Don’t waste your time or money on it!

Why can’t we get a one page with barcode and instructions to make it easier to use the Mastercard at a register. This system is too complicated and basically only works with online shopping. Even when put in the Apple wallet there is no bar code or account numbers that show so I have no idea how it could be used at a register.

As we cannot assign fractions , I have to go with the minimum score. I have had a cell phone for over 20 years, windows, android and Apple and in that time I have not seen an app more useless than this- I have no access to the info, the card would not post to the wallet and this app tells you nothing, nor does there appear to be any functionality assigned to this app. I am uninstalling it.

Used this to get my Fitbit Ionic refund to my Apple Pay. Tried to use it on two occasions at Best Buy, with no less than eight different ways of running the transactions, including me going home to my PC and setting up a PIN on their website.
Every. Single. Transaction. Declined.
Shame on you, Blackhawk Networks and Fitbit.
I left my Fitbit replacement on the counter. Twice.
I will now try it on Garmin’s site. Fitbit has lost a customer.
