My Lebaz I have been trying to be patient but I'm beginning to believe I've been had

I have been trying to be patient but I'm beginning to believe I've been had. I ordered resistance bands on 4/14 and after an initial email that my order had shipped, the DHL tracking number cannot be found anymore and I am no longer getting any responses from customer service. I was very hesitant to order from this site initially and now I wish I had trusted my intuition. Now on to seeing how I can get my money back.

My rating on this company is 1 star only because Zero or a minus number are not allowed. On 11/5 I purchased a Fitband Professional Watch for $80.63. On 11/18 I received an e-mail from USPS indicating that they had prepared a shipping label but they hadn't received the item to ship. As of 12/1 I still had not received the watch. On 12/1 I checked the status of the order thru the tracking number. USPS still indicated they had not received the item to ship. So I sent an e-mail to MyLeBaz Support asking about the status of my order. I received an e-mail back right away from "Sandy" stating that they would get in touch with the appropriate department and I should be receiving my watch by the end of the week. It is now 1/20 and I have still not received the watch. I've turned the matter over to my credit card company to pursue. Like Daniel A commented on 10/23 I don't believe I didn't check the reviews on this company. Live & learn. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I'll never buy from these people again.

This company does not stand by it's products. In October I ordered a Fitband watch and a Robocleaner. They did come in the mail but neither work as advertised. The Robocleaner has never worked. They asked me to send videos of the Robocleaner not working then pretended they did not get them. They never did refund my money. Never but anything from them!

I ordered a robot sweeper on dec.9 2020. I still have no sweeper. They told me they would refund me. I still do not have the refund. I contacted them they told me my credit card company can only help me.

Still waiting for my order that was purchased on April 8. Took my money from PayPal, sent me a notice in April 10th that it was being shipped by FedEx who states they are waiting for package and to check with My Lebaz. No response, no way to get in touch with them. After reading the reviews I am certain I will never get the product I ordered and paid for. Sad to see this. Please be careful when ordering from this company. And I am not done until I get my money back!

I am still waiting for my package of vacuumed cleaner to arrive. It has been over two weeks as of today since I placed the order on a promotionally priced vacuum. There is no customer service phone number to call. No one is answering emails. I am unable to track my item.

I can't believe I didn't read the reviews first I should have. I've had to watch about a month and a half blood pressure is not even close face changes back-and-forth it's unreadable it's a piece of junk. Do not buy this product

Do not buy products from this company. The item they sent me was defective and didn't work. Instead of offering a full refund right away they offered a partial refund after weeks of going back and forth requesting assistance. The only way they issue full refund is if the box is in perfect condition. The box was not in BAD condition but not restockable. Then they said there would be a restocking fee deduction. I am very upset with this company for the false advertising of its products (the I-robot vacuum looked very cheap and had no weight to it - it felt like a toy).

I ordered resistance bands from them much like the authors below. I was patient. I asked for a refund as they had taken my money. I reached out over 5 times asking resolution and over almost a month later, shipping label has no record of shipment. I won't say this company is a fraud but I will suggest looking for alternatives and reading up on reviews prior to ordering. I'm contacting my credit card company to decline charges and will use the below as evidence of sub standard business practices.

Never got my order my credit card was charged.I called numerous time 800 number but no one called back. Never email me my order number than I wasn't aware order came true. Contacted MyLebaz many times and no one answered no money returned. Worst company I ever experienced. Stealing money. I'm not interested in this product anymore I want my money back.Dispute is going to be filed with ComplaintsBoard.com.

I only ordered resistance bands from this company because of the supposed 5-7 day shipping time that was listed on their website. My order was placed on 3/30, and I paid for "express processing" at the time of purchase. There was no indication that my order was even processed by 4/8, so I decided to reach out via email. An employee named Sandy responded to me the same day, claiming that my order was processed and I should get a tracking number within 2 days. Of course she mentioned the restrictions due to COVID-19, as if I was living under a rock. On 4/14 (6 days later, not 1-2...), I received an email that included a tracking number that said "Pending" when I clicked the link, which the email from MyLebaz indicated would be the case. It also stated not to contact support within 7 days, as the tracking number would be updated in a few days. An important aside is that I was given a Fedex tracking number. Fast forward to 10 days later (4/24)...the tracking number link still said "Pending", so I decided to reach out again. Once again, Sandy responded to my email with more lies. First off, she enlightened me to the fact that my product was shipped with DHL + Fedex. Why would they not have told me that at the time of the shipping confirmation email? She then falsely reassured me that my package would arrive by next week. On 5/1, I had still not received the package, so I reached out again expressing how ridiculous this whole situation was. No response. Three days later (5/4), I reached out again. Again, no response. Another 8 days later (5/12), I again reached out to no avail. This product, miraculously, arrived on 5/13, 44 days after my order was placed! With all that said, I would absolutely never recommend buying anything from this poor excuse for a company. Between the absurd shipping time, and the blatant lies from customer service, I am confident in saying it is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Further, one of the handles for the band set arrived broken, and I requested a new one. I am still awaiting a response (shocking, I know).

We ordered a set of (ResiBands™ Fitness Resistance Band Set - Best At Home Gym - 11 Pcs Original Band Set) this winter. After taking several weeks to arrive, one of the handles broke the first time i used it. These are clearly very poorly built and cheap. After several back and forth emails, they asked for photos of the broken part and said they would mail a replacement. I never received it so I emailed again. They said it had been sent. That was awhile ago and I am not expecting it. After asking for a complete refund, they sent me a list of various options. Unfortunately I didn't keep the original packaging for some reason, so the option of getting my money back was gone. I fully expect never to get the replacement part or any money back. Do not buy anything from this company.

My Lebaz I ordered the exercise bands in early April

I ordered the exercise bands in early April...received a confirmation email with shipping information...still have not received my order. You can't get any answers from this company through using ANY of their contacts I.e. website chat, email, OR their phone number! They're All useless! Needless to say, I filed a complaint and investigation for return of funds through my lender. I thought I was alone until finding this ComplaintsBoard.com page. This company doesn't deserve ANY stars but you need at least one to post.

I too ordered exercise bands. Paid and never received them. Have a string of emails saying they were " on their way". After I asked for a refund they said they could not refund my money as my merchandise was in transit. When I emailed again, I never heard from them. Do not order from this place

Tried to track shipment - message from USPS said they were waiting for item to be shipped from manufacturer. It is now 5/6 - have contacted mylebaz several times (5/1 - e-mail, 5/5 - phone call - left message (no return call), 5/6 - another call - no answer, left message supposedly on a chat page - no answer - took my payment but haven't received or heard anything - am definitely not happy

Placed an order for resistance bands on April 6th. I paid extra for expedited delivery. On April 17th I received an email stating they shipped. However when ever I check the tacking it stats USPS is still waiting on the package from the supplier. It is now May 4th almost a full mo th later still have received the package and tracking still states they are waiting on the package from the supplier. I should have done my homework before ordering from this company. I requested a refund since I still haven't received my product but no one has contacted me back.

I order my fitness bands and paid $38.47 which included shipping. This website and placed should be looked into because I believe they are scammers. I placed my order on April 21st and did get an email stating the package was on its way. They sent me an email with the DHL tracking number. When I called DHL, they told me to contact the business as all they had was a label that was created. You cannot call the company as their 800 number just has a recording to tell you to email them. Please look into this company. I never got a package and cannot even contact the business. When you go to their website you can contact them, but they never contact you back.

I've emailed almost everyday and I've only gotten a response once saying my product would arrive last week- guess what- last week came and went. Now they won't respond to emails. Their initial promise was 5-10 day until item arrives, I'm going on almost a month. I'll leave every bad review I can until I get my money back (which they refuse to give me cause they claim the item shipped). I have a tracking number which said "estimated delivery date pending" PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- in a time of a pandemic they decided to take advantage and rip people off

Invoice (confirmation) for resistance bands was dated March 30. Product arived May 2nd. Explanation given was COVID 19 and the use of multiple carriers. This is by any measure an unacceptable delay. No mention was made of any such lag time when the order was placed. To date I have not had the product long enough to evaluate its quality. In addition I was disappointed that not included was any fitness guide (exercises) appropriate for end user. I also had to go on line to discover the amount of resistance for each band. In retrospect there were a multitude of providers at the same price point to seriously consider another purchasing option. I cannot recommend this provider.

Same as everyone else here (wish I read the reviews before ordering). I placed an order for resistance bands and received a notification from DHL that the product was destined for the distribution center on April 21st. That status was never updated. I contacted DHL yesterday (5/5) and they informed me that their policy indicated I would not be getting my product due to how long they had been waiting for it be sent to their distribution center. They informed me I should contact the supplier (Lebazz). I contacted both their phone line (left a voicemail. What legitamate company has customers leave voicemails for their inquiries in this day and age?!) and sent an email. they said on their website they would respond the next day. Well, that day is today and I've heard nothing. I want my refund from this scam of a company.

I purchased these fitness bands from this company over a month ago and have not received them or a follow up of the whereabouts of my package. I ordered fitness bands from this company and I've been patient due to covid-19 but it's been over a month and I haven't received them or even a follow up or tracking number for my package. With further research I've come across people with the same complaints and the exact same concerns. I feel like I've been scammed. My card has been charged for the fitness bans, but yet to have received the product.

This company debit the money out of my account on 21/17 stated that it was suppose to be delivered before christmas today is Jan 5 2021 We've got some good news! All of the items from your order #XXXXX have now been shipped. Please note this tracking number belongs to final mile delivery carrier. Your package is currently in transit to it's final mile carrier and hence the tracking number is expected to be in 'Pending' state for a while. Please DO NOT contact Customer Support within 7 days of receiving this email. For cancellations, we CANNOT cancel the packages in transit, however you are free to return it back to us subject to return policy once received. Please let us know once you have received the package and we will send across instructions. Ordered product on 12/17 with visa debit from my bank in the amount of 121.37 . Ordered 2 X FitbandTM Professional Blood Pressure Smart Watch and Heart Rate Monitor - Gold + Gold Quantity: 1 Company stated it would be delivered before xmas. I ordered a fitness watch. Receivedone that didn't have what I ordered on it and didn't work. They won't refund or send what I ordered. On about December 12, I ordered a Fitness Band with B/P, oxygen, and heartrate monitor. What I received on Dec 29, 2020 was one that didn't have the oxygen monitor on it. I did try to make it work and like it. It wouldn't give the correct time or date, wouldn't sync to my phone and not what I ordered. I texted the next day and was sent a form letter. That same day i sent pictures and order number (XXXXXXXXX) along with my complaint. I was then sent another form letter stating they would only give back $60 store credit and could keep the watch, or send back and get $24.50. Next day I said no I have extended warranty I want my money back per that warranty. Received another form letter saying $28.50 refund but i have to send back watch and pay a restock fee. Send another email asking for a phone call to speak to someone and not another form letter. Now I am not receiving any communications. The merchandise is faulty and warranty means nothing.

Ordered a product I have yet to receive and it's been over 40 days and the company doesn't return any messages. On 4/11, I ordered some workout bands. Some days after all of a sudden my product couldn't be tracked. I tried numerous times to get a hold of someone, with someone finally responding via email to say they apologize and I should receive by end of last week, 5/15. If I don't I should receive a full day, here it is almost a week more late and still nothing not a response. I've noticed several complaints and feel like I've been scammed.

The invoice number is XXXXXXXXXXX, it was for a fitband professionalwatch with 1 year protection golf. Total cost was $80.63. I have emailed them and have not received any response. Payment method was with bank debit card

I ordered a robot vacuum which is not what was advertised and now I can't get a response back from the company for a refund I ordered a robot vacuum and found that it doesn't work on carpet which was not advertised as an issue. The ad also stated that the vacuum is 100% automatic, which is not the case, I have to turn it on to use it and turn it off to stop it which means not automatic to me. I've tried emailing them 3 different times along with calling them with no response. Website says 100% money back guarantee and here I am not getting my money back for a product that doesn't match what was advertised.

Battery purchased for CPAP machine will not recharge. In February I purchased one RescomfTM CPAP Cleaner And Sanitizer - White. My order number is XXXXX. All worked well until I needed to recharge the battery. Then the machine did not work because the battery would not recharge. I first contacted the company at their email address info@mylebaz.com, April 21 for assistance in resolving this problem. I again contacted the company at the same email address April 29. Having heard nothing I searched for the company online and contacted them via the telephone number [protected] located on their website somewhere around June 16. I could not be connected with a "live" person so I left a voice mail message. I also completed and submitted a form on the website trying to contact someone at the company. I have received no reply.

Product never arrived. Refund was requested. No response on refund. I ordered an Electrical Laser Hair Growth Comb from the above company for the above amount, on May 26. My order is #XXXXXXXXXXX & also shows as # 2033. After 2 attempts to obtain my product which never shipped: all I get is emails that they are working on it. On June 20th of 2020 I requested a refund & have not gotten that either.

The company blatantly lied about the delivery status and blatantly lied about processing a refund for me. I ordered a product on April 25. I contacted them in June when it hadn't arrived. They responded on June 8 that it was out for delivery and would arrive any day, which was a blatant lie. When it didn't arrive, I contacted them again and asked for a refund. They told me on June 15 that they understood my frustration and would process a refund, but that it would take up to seven business days, which was a blatant lie. After waiting weeks for the refund, I sent them several emails about the refund and was ignored. Finally, after bringing up the possibility of attaining a lawyer, they responded and again tried to tell me that the product would be delivered any day. I responded again saying I didn't believe their diversion tactics, and they responded that they would agree to a refund only after I sent their product back to them (which I still have not received after months).

Product doesn't work and they are ignoring my request for a refund. I received the FitBand Smart Watch E18/v3-8, 96DA on Oct. 24, 2020 and tried to sync it to my phone with the app. Wouldn't sync. I purchased it on Oct.16, 2020 order #XXXXX and paid $54.98 with PayPal. I contacted the company via email and we went back and forth on how to sync it. Finally on Nov.1, 2020 I got it to recognize my phone. But from the start it was defective. I said I had walked 94 steps before I even got out of bed in the morning! And when I did walk 1 mile it said I had walked 3.9 miles and the map showed me zigzagging all over town! The BP reading did not match my BP cuff. Other little technical problems too and I think this is a lemon. I tried to contact them again about my problems on Nov. 9, 2020 and they have since ignored me. Nothing!

My Lebaz I received a defective product from My Lebaz

I received a defective product from My Lebaz. The company no longer responds to my emails. I ordered two Laser Hair Growth Combs. My order number was XXXXX. The total cost was $71.96. I received the combs on May 5. They were poorly packaged and one was damaged in shipment. I contacted My Lebaz at ***@mylebaz.com on May 8. I asked if I could return the damaged comb for replacement. A sales rep, Sandy, asked me to provide all of the relevant information, including a photo of the damaged product. She said she would file the request on my behalf. I provided the required information & photo on May 9. I received no follow-up RMA instructions. I have sent several subsequent emails and have received no response from Sandy or anyone else at My Lebaz.

Ordered a product I have yet to receive and it's been over 40 days and the company doesn't return any messages. On 4/11, I ordered some workout bands. Some days after all of a sudden my product couldn't be tracked. I tried numerous times to get a hold of someone, with someone finally responding via email to say they apologize and I should receive by end of last week, 5/15. If I don't I should receive a full day, here it is almost a week more late and still nothing not a response. I've noticed several complaints and feel like I've been scammed.

I placed an order with MyLebaz on April 11, per their website shipping could take up to 21 days. It is now June 2, I have yet to receive the product. I have reached out to their customer service three times via email requesting a refund, I have yet to get a response or refund!

My Lebaz Battery purchased for CPAP machine will not recharge

Battery purchased for CPAP machine will not recharge. In February I purchased one RescomfTM CPAP Cleaner And Sanitizer - White. My order number is XXXXX. All worked well until I needed to recharge the battery. Then the machine did not work because the battery would not recharge. I first contacted the company at their email address [protected]@mylebaz.com, April 21 for assistance in resolving this problem. I again contacted the company at the same email address April 29. Having heard nothing I searched for the company online and contacted them via the telephone number [protected] located on their website somewhere around June 16. I could not be connected with a "live" person so I left a voice mail message. I also completed and submitted a form on the website trying to contact someone at the company. I have received no reply.

My Lebaz I purchased exercise bands from My Lebaz and have not received any product

I purchased exercise bands from My Lebaz and have not received any product. On 3/29 I purchased on line a set of resi band fitness resistance bands on my debit card. On 4/1 I received confirmation of My Lebaz receiving my order and funds, ORDER CONFIRMED XXXXXXXXXXX. After 4/1 I did not receive any other emails regarding shipping or tracking number. After several email attempts, it seems that I finally got a response after informing My Lebaz that I believe I got ripped off and would leave a negative review on the company. The response was on 4/12, it was quick and it was to notify me of the product being shipped. It said, "all the items from your order #XXXXX have now been shipped. It contains a tracking number and says not to contact My Lebaz until 7 days after this email. I have since been checking tracking daily since then and no progress. It seems like they just created a shipping label to show that there is a fed ex shipment but it still seems to be sitting in Inglewood Ca.

This company debit the money out of my account on 21/17 stated that it was suppose to be delivered before christmas today is Jan 5 2021 We've got some good news! All of the items from your order #XXXXX have now been shipped. Please note this tracking number belongs to final mile delivery carrier. Your package is currently in transit to it's final mile carrier and hence the tracking number is expected to be in 'Pending' state for a while. Please DO NOT contact Customer Support within 7 days of receiving this email. For cancellations, we CANNOT cancel the packages in transit, however you are free to return it back to us subject to return policy once received. Please let us know once you have received the package and we will send across instructions. Ordered product on 12/17 with visa debit from my bank in the amount of 121.37 . Ordered 2 X FitbandTM Professional Blood Pressure Smart Watch and Heart Rate Monitor - Gold + Gold Quantity: 1 Company stated it would be delivered before xmas. It is Jan 5, 2021 and still have not received product

My Lebaz I ordered a fitness watch

I ordered a fitness watch. Receivedone that didn't have what I ordered on it and didn't work. They won't refund or send what I ordered. On about December 12, I ordered a Fitness Band with B/P, oxygen, and heartrate monitor. What I received on Dec 29, 2020 was one that didn't have the oxygen monitor on it. I did try to make it work and like it. It wouldn't give the correct time or date, wouldn't sync to my phone and not what I ordered. I texted the next day and was sent a form letter. That same day i sent pictures and order number (XXXXXXXXX) along with my complaint. I was then sent another form letter stating they would only give back $60 store credit and could keep the watch, or send back and get $24.50. Next day I said no I have extended warranty I want my money back per that warranty. Received another form letter saying $28.50 refund but i have to send back watch and pay a restock fee. Send another email asking for a phone call to speak to someone and not another form letter. Now I am not receiving any communications. The merchandise is faulty and warranty means nothing.

My Lebaz Ordered Resistance Bands on April 11

Ordered Resistance Bands on April 11. Got an invoice right away, an electronic tracking slip April 21, and package in DHL limbo ever since. Ordered Resistance Bands on April 11 through PayPal. Got an invoice right away. Emailed them 10 days later and the next day got a DHL packing slip. Many emails later, I got a response saying my order was delayed. Nothing since. The DHL electronic packaging slip comes from City of Industry, CA. Many importers of Chinese goods are located here. DHL has still not received the package. Still ... waiting. And while you are waiting, read their onerous return policy. MyLebaz has been operating for a couple years and most of the complaints have been more recent, so it seems that they may be going through a phase where they are unable to fulfill orders for which they have already taken in money. Or perhaps their vendor in City of Industry cannot provide the merchandise. In either case, their excuse in blaming DHL seems suspect. Maybe MyLebaz will read this and answer me. Just for the principle of the thing, I am not letting this drop until a resolution is reached. I've been documenting everything and I have a strong paper trail if I want to write a story about this at a later date. I have more documents I could upload but your system only allowed one.

Ordered a product and never received it, even after numerous emails. 3/30- purchased ResiBandsTM Fitness Resistance Band Set - Best At Home Gym - 11 Pcs Original Band Set. 4/3- still did not receive a tracking number, since we had paid for being 'moved to the front of the line.' Emailed '***@mylebaz.com' and requested shipping/tracking information update. They replied 'Due to COVID-19, there is shortage of people which is causing delay by shipping carriers. You can expect the package to arrive in 6-10 business days. We promise we are doing everything to expedite the shipping process and trying our best to deliver it to you as soon as possible.' 4/11- I email them and ask for tracking information. no reply. 4/14- I am texted a tracking number (same tracking number they provided to PayPal which I used as my method of payment) #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. 4/20- I email them and ask why the tracking number is still showing as 'label has been created' 4/20- they respond and state: Your package is already shipped and currently with DHL. We use multiple shipping carriers, in your case: DHL + Fedex. Since Fedex is last mile carrier, we have sent the tracking for that. We do this for multiple reasons such as accurate delivery service and low bulk cost shipments. You can expect your package to arrive by next week. I emailed 2 more times on 4/23 and 5/1 and no response. I called their 800 number and it is disconnected. I filled out a contact form on their website and no response. They are now refusing to reply to any of my emails. This company is a scam and I don't want anyone else to fall for this. I want consumers to know that this company is not to be trusted and is more than likely a scam.
