Mt Pleasant Animal Shelter review: Poor Management

The board of directors continually puts people into management positions who are less than qualified for the positions. The current Executive Director is not worthy of this position. So many good employees have either left or have been fired due to the extremely poor management who play favorites and do everything possible to get rid of those employees that simply do not become part of the click. The BOD needs to completely eradicate the management ther. The Bod also needs to look at themselves also as a few are part of this same click. I will not donate another cent to this shelter until they fix what is broken there. If they want you out bad enough they make up allegations very serious allegations and all those in the click back them up. Just a horrible place. You would think people who work with animals are the kind of people who would never be capable of such behavior, unfortunately this is the case.
