Mr. Pool ain't all that great
Mr. Pool ain't all that great. Their workers spilled some chemical on the new concrete by the pool and left a big ol' stain. They said they'd fix it by staining the whole deck for free, but it started peeling after just a couple weeks. They took forever to come back and fix it, and it happened again and again. Now, three years later, they won't even answer our calls. We just want them to fix their mistake, but they won't do it. We gotta get a lawyer involved now. Don't waste your money on these guys.

I got a pool from Mr
I got a pool from Mr. Pool, LLC in 2021. I spent a lot of money on it but the pool pump went bad. I got a new pump from them but they didn't have the warranty pump motor in stock. They were supposed to bring it back but they still haven't. I also got a polaris from them but it went bad too. They were supposed to come back and fix it but they still haven't. The concrete around my pool has holes in it and they were supposed to come back and fix it but they still haven't. The spray deck around the pool is also peeling and flaking off and they haven't fixed that either. I tried calling and texting but no one responds and no one answers the office phone.
