Since August, repeated emails, phone calls to customer call centre, faxes have just been ignored despite having faxed the requested documentation. Today, I managed to get through to a human consultant (as opposed to a robot voice!) and all it took was a couple of keystrokes, mid conversation, to send me the document! My termination of membership is now done and my mental health has vastly improved already. Their sevice is appalling and they should not be associated with the term 'health care'.
I am amazed they can get away with things that are against the Council for Medical Schemes Act. Think not enough people know there rights. Many more complaints should be made to the Council about Moto Health Care.
They are not paying for PMB, using various excuses to get out of payment, most of which are just bulls----.
