Michael and his staff are amazing! I am a first time home buyer and had lots of questions. He was always available to answer any questions I had and took the time to make sure I understood everything. I can not stress enough how easy he made the whole process for us! You could tell he cares about the people he works with and wanted us to have the best experience possible. He gave great advice when asked and made sure we got the best rate. I would absolutely recommend him to everyone I know.

My wife and I recently completed a refinance with Michael Noone. We had never refinanced before and were unsure of the process. Michael and his team are kind, understanding, responsive, and intelligent people who you want on your side if you are buying or selling a home. We have worked with Michael in the past and would never use anyone else for our mortgage loan needs. He makes the process easy to and explains it to us in a way we can understand. Michael and his team are fantastic! My partner and I didn't know anything about owning our first home. Michael took time to explain and re-explain all the financial aspects of owning a home. Michael is genuinely interested in our family and remembers things we share with him. Him and his team are professional, genuine, and respond in a timely manner. He was honest and upfront about all the aspects on receiving a loan. He wanted to make sure we didn't try and go beyond our means (even though we could) but live comfortably, this means a lot to us in a world where sharks are plentiful.

Many of the forms that need to be filled out can all be done via secured links they email, all indicating where information or signatures are needed. Michael is a stand up guy with a great personality. I was referred to him by my realtor and definitely have not regretted it. I purchased my first home with his aide 5 and a family friend stated after running their own number "I've never seen my team been beat in our rates!" Then come 12 Michael called us at home to inform us of refinancing option that would lower our interest rate by nearly another 1%. I have now just completed that and to my surprise was able to take of 5 years off my loan also. Michael is flexible, down to earth, knows his stuff and has a plethora of resources to get you the best rates!

Michael and I recently worked with a mutual client to help them purchase a home. Michael represented the mortgage side of things and I represented the buyers as their real estate agent. From the start Michael was quick to respond (sent a pre-approval over on a Sunday within minutes of being requested by the buyers) which we all know in todays market is extremely beneficial. Once our offer was accepted, the transaction could not have gone more smoothly with communication from Michael every step of the way. Michael and his team took amazing care of us. We made the decision to switch from our previous lender due to terrible customer service and we are so glad we did. We initially came to this team with concerns that we would not be able to close on our house on time, but this proved not to be a challenge for them- even during this COVID pandemic. Additionally, although our communications remained remote and electronic due to COVID and my job location, I never once felt like there were communication issues. I also know working with VA loans and other financial aid loans can be a bit difficult, especially when dealing with someone on active duty, but they were able to easily adapt to our circumstances. I had never worked or even heard of this mortgage company prior to this transaction. I was nervous for my sellers, I am the listing agent), so am always reluctant when I do not know the other company. I was mistaken in my initial thought of, oh my, this can't be good... I was so wrong. This transaction went smoothly, and I was updated every step of the way, which was great in todays fast paced real estate world, I didn't have to call the other agent to see where things were, updates were emailed all along the way. I would recommend this mortgage broker all day long, and recently just sent a buyer to them. I am in Souther Minnesota, and this is north of me about an hour, but with everything being internet based, I have no issues referring others to them as well. Michael Noone and his team were fantastic to work with, I reached out to Michael via email and within minutes he called me back to discuss my plans. He walked me through what he needed from me and his team reached out shortly after to start the pre-approval process. Once pre-approved he gave me a nice range to look for to get me on my way. Once I was actually ready to start looking at homes, it was a quick process to get back in touch, get them what they need and put an offer in! Once accepted, Michael and his team were extremely helpful, I had a lot of external stress from work at this time, but the house buying process was so easy with the help of him and his team, I never felt stressed trying to get into my new home. Some people prefer to go through their bank or other avenues, however I highly recommend checking in with Michael and his team! I got a great rate, even lower than what he initially thought when everything began. I can't recommend him enough!
