On May 16, 2012, I sent a $500 US deposit to hold a five month old female Greater Swiss Mountain Dog with breeding/show rights as well as FULL AKC registration from Bonnie Kline at Morning Sun Kennels. On May 29, 2012, I sent her the remaining $1, 435, which she received on June 8, 2012.

The reason for sending her the money, is that I reside in Canada, and I had plans for the dog to be shipped to me. When the plans fell through due to the only airline available for direct/short flights said she was over their weight limit, we decided we could wait until her upcoming litter, where I would have first pick female.

When this next little came, she had three puppy - two males, one female. She informed me the female had passed away, so I was to wait until the NEXT litter. When that litter came, she had no females. The next litter had, yet again, two males and one female. This female was not of show/breeding quality due to a overshot jaw.

After talking over a number of days, she could feel my frustration, and told me that she had a female that was about to have pups, so I foolishly decided to wait again.

When this litter came, she told me she had a single male pup. I was very frustrated at this point, and she knew that.

She then offered me a four month old female Entlebucher Mountain Dog, which I declined, and then offered me a (age unknown) male Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, that her friend produced with a horrific history:

She told me her friend (a fellow "breeder") had produced and sold this dog at 8 weeks of age to a family who went on to starve him. She then told me her breeder friend took him back, and at a year of age was only 44 pounds, and his mental state was at a point where the breeder was ready to put him down. Bonnie then told me she adopted him, "brought him back to health" (he is currently 110 pounds), and is now breeding him. She informed me he is unable to in the house due to his aggression and unpredictability, as well as his fear and aggression towards strangers (especially men).

I, of course, declined this. She told me she had two ### going into heat the upcoming December (this happened in mid November), and I agreed once again to wait for the litter(s).

It is currently March FIRST, 2013, and I have not heard from Bonnie since.

I have had a number of different people call her for me with no reply, I have called on two different numbers, I have left half a dozen voicemail messages, and over a dozen emails with different numbers to contact me at.

One month ago today ( today: July 26, 2013) told me she would refund my money, and again has lost contact with me.

I am contacting a lawyer, and I am going to be taking legal action against her to shut her down and get my money back.

Please help spread the word of her disgusting business.
