Chose this company because of the reviews. Three men did a fantastic job and had me moved out and into the new place extremely fast and safely. Nothing was broken or lost.

Would highly recommend this moving crew company to anyone looking to move soon or in the future! They were professional, efficient & experts! Had my 3/2 home packed and labeled and moved with a wonderful price! 10 stars!

Moooving Crew is beyond what I could ask for when hiring a professional moving company! The movers worked together well, really showed that they were proud to move my home to my new destination! I'd highly recommend Moooving Crew to anyone looking to move!

Called Moooving Crew for a full move 3/2 and 2 car garage. The professional movers came in and packed my whole house and labeled boxes and moved all my belongings with care! Beyond pleased with this company and would use again and recommend to anyone looking to move!

Worst ever! Over priced. Broke / ruined furniture. Boxes they packed & stored burst open. Everything smelled like musty/mildew. No compensation other than to "fix things." 7 weeks on & still nothing fixed or returned. They're now not returning calls or text or email. STAY AWAY!

This company was as professional as they come. Everyone I worked with or spoke to made me feel comfortable with my next move. It was a pleasure to work with this company! They moved my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom and 2 car garage in a timely manner and treated my belongings like their own with great care! I would highly recommend this Moooving Crew over and over again for anyone looking to move anything! Their work is expertise and amazing!

DANGER - After six weeks of chasing them down, finally received all of my items from storage. It took four or five trips. Found evidence of rodents living in things and other damage. Intentional? Also found out they do not have Workers Compensation insurance. One worker injured (not on my property) has filed claim against me now because of this. They said the insurance they do have was either inadequate to cover the damage they caused or was declined by their insurance carrier. Their response was they didn't have the money to pay me, so too bad for me. Deal with these people at your own risk. DO NOT pay with cash or check. I experienced several of the same things the reviewers below did. Adding CC fee without disclosing (violation of Florida law) and adding stuff. You are very lucky if they call you back. The owners were so verbally abusive that they brought my wife to tears. We just wanted our stuff back. Horrible experience.

Do not every give this company a credit card for final payment! They will add additional charges onto your account . When you call to question what the charges are for?they never return your call! Glad we saved the original quote, we now have them in dispute with our credit card company. Stay AWAY!

I needed my 2/2 apartment which was on the 3rd floor moved about an hour north to my 3/2 home. I called this moooving crew company to do the job and was greeted by a great team member to set up my appointment with great rates! The team arrived on time, moved all my boxes and furniture and delicate stuff with care and in an excellent time frame! Once arrived to my new home they unloaded the truck again with care in a timely manner which had me blown away how quick and easy they made my move for me! I highly recommend this company. Great prices, quick move, awesome moooving team! I wouldn't recommend anyone else but this moooving crew!

I have used this company for several moves and had no problems. This time the Moooving Crew treated my family poorly and cheated us in this move. There is no way they were working for 5 hours. They called at 12:52 and told me they were 15-20 minutes away. They did one load to one location and forgot a glass table top. This mistake was on my dime. Then when they called for me to pay at 4:08 as they were almost done. They wanted $854 which is for 5 hours. Then when I said it was not 5 hours of work, they took the furniture they had delivered to the house and put it back in the truck. They told me they would put it in storage and charge me until I paid. They also threatened legal action! So, my husband paid the $854 and they put the items in the garage. It was suppose to be put in the house. Now I have to pay someone to move it where it is suppose to be! If they read this I would like to request the GPS readings for this truck. I see there are others who had similar problems with this company. This unethical behavior is unacceptable. If you read the other reviewers on this and other sites who have had problems with this woman, you will see she is extremely aggressive and accused her clients of many things. Extremely poor customer service.

The movers showed up late every day and would disappear for 2-3 hours during the day without any idea of where they were. New people would show up without the owners present. The movers lied about the treatment of furniture - they said they would wrap it once they got downstairs to the truck. After coming downstairs to inspect the truck, there was unwrapped/imporperly wrapped furniture in the truck and one item clearly had liquid spilled on it. After telling them to wrap the furniture as they promised they would, they became aggressive and left with the furniture. Now they are refusing to return the furniture unless a large sum is paid - larger than the original amount quoted. The "bill of lading" has no dates, is unprofessionally filled out, and was changed after the initial signature. The owners are very uncooperative and do not try to resolve anything in a civil manner, instead resorting to yelling and hostile attitudes. After they left with the furniture, an inventory of what they have was requested and denied. After saying the service was not satisfactory and that the furniture they had kept (without permission) should be returned, they yelled and said they were keeping it and they wouldn't talk anymore. A quick search on the Collier County clerk website reveals that there are two civil cases against the owners of this company accusing them of poaching employees and customers from the owner's previous moving employer even after signing a non-compete. The courts found this to be true, but the owners have avoided everything by changing the name of the company and moving around. The owner was also found in contempt of court and the documents included a description of the male owner with an accomplice attacking two employees of the plaintiff's company, threatening their lives and threatening to "take turns" on their 15 year old daughter. Finally, the company in its current name/incorporation is NOT licensed through USDOT.

Over billed The moving went well, but the cost. At one point I overheard one of the Moovers tell the other to slow down and take it easy. The furniture move its self took 15 min at each location. And 45 min of travel. We were billed 3.5 hours 2 full hours more then should have been. We were also billed at the time of pickup so that makes it hard to dispute a cost.
