M&M Financial Consulting inc. review: Tax abatement services or lack there of

I paid M & M Tax in full for tax representation services for a business.. They started but were no the proactive business tax representation they claimed to be. As they were not to do the personal representation. I made a number of calls telling Matt, Jonathan and Calvin that the servers had been hacked and If they could not reach me please, please please call me. That does not happen but 1 time and I hear nothing from them until I call again because the IRS has attached my account for $68, 000.00. Then I am told they need to do my personal and yes that is more money. Calvin is gone and Jonathan again is asked to give me a call, he does and give a list of things needed but with no due dates, There are thing he needs to sent me that I had to ask repeatedly for in December. I finally get everything he wants with the exception of the personal over to him and I am informed that I missed a deadline, and I need to give him another $1, 700 for him to file what has been sent cause he "won't work for no money". This just after the IRS has come into my account again. And when I told him he had no given me a due date he said it was in the contract. I thought these guys were here and protect and to help not extort. I check my emails and there was nothing about deadlines or due dates. So, I call the guy that sold me the service Matt he has not answered the phone in a couple of days so I finally leave the message above, and now Jonathan IS CALLING ME TO TELL ME I AM WRONG, and why am I call Matt. (all from a non company phone#) and I tell him to stop harassing me and realize this is going nowhere fast I hang up, and Jonathan IS CALLING AGAIN I tell him to STOP and hang up again and have now blocked Jonathan calls - This joyous issue has cost me almost $100,000.00 in the last qtr of 2020 during a pandemic.
