Midwest Fidelity Services Agency 1st called my cell leaving voicemail for return call

Agency 1st called my cell leaving voicemail for return call. Then called my mother at *** saying they had no contact info for me and req her to call back with information regarding my worry abouts leading as if they had no good contact then proceeded to call my place of employment right after. The issue is *** the original creditor have/had my current contact info of which was advised do not call. They transferred file without advising third party of the cease and desist request. Then secondly for the third party to blatantly lie to solicite information is against collection practices laws as well as illegally providing purpose of call to the third party of which they called. Then to turn around and call my place of employment. Good thing i know the law.

I received various medical treatment in 2017 and was told multiple times that it was covered under insurance. Two years later, Midwest Fidelity began calling me constantly - claiming I owed different amounts of money each time(500-12,000 dollars) but when I asked for a bill or ANYTHING to validate their claims, they refused to send me one. They never provided any additional information or bills and it all seemed fraudulent, especially since my health insurance had sent checks for these "services" they were trying to collect on. I just found out that they have sent a collections account for $750 on my credit report and TANKED my credit score. Apparently this situation has happened to many other people. Midwest Fidelity is a scam- it will harass you through phone calls saying you owe money but never give any information/bills to validate their claims then destroy your credit score if you don't pay for the "services" they are trying to collect on.

Midwest Fidelity Services This is a false claim & ruse to gain more information

This is a false claim & ruse to gain more information. Midwest is the collector. *** loaned $600 thru ***. on 3/20; Routing# *** ending in ***. The individual stole my identity using my name, address, ss#, & birth date but not my phone numbers (***). This loan does not show up on my credit reports, so did *** falsely claim a loan to Midwest or is Midwest part of the ruse? I have filed a report with both the police and my state Attorney General; both of them telling me NOT to give any further information to either company. Also, the ComplaintsBoard.com info on says *** (under ***, Quebec, Canada & Delaware) has a Cease and Desist Orders from Illinois and California, so why would Midwest be doing business with ***; instead they should be helping the ComplaintsBoard.com with there inquires. I am providing this information to the TV News stations in my area to make others aware.

Midwest Fidelity Services I attended an outpatient treatment program(***) on my own

I attended an outpatient treatment program(***) on my own. Was ensured countless times I would never be billed etc. Randomly got a bill from ***, which they told me I can ignore as they shouldnt be billing me. That treatment center closed oddly and then suddenly I start receiving all these bills and Collection Letters from ***. After researching further I found that *** was sending the same urine tests to *** to be "further tested" I never failed a single test while I was there. Their billing is inconsistent too. 8/19 bill shows $114.43 owned for service on 5/5. Then I received a bill 11/25 for $1464.74 for 11 different charges, 10 of them before 5/5. They have also now sent around $800 to Midwest Fidelity Collections. I've repeatedly asked them to send me something in writing showing what I owe and to validate the claim. They refuse to do it and I've still never received a thing from them, yet they just reported 10 instances to my credit report. All dated Dec 4 2019, no bills I have even show that date and they are all for $75 which no bills show either. They are blatantly committing insurance fraud and charging twice for the same urine analysis. Oh and the *** claims were billed under 3 different names at different points and I know *** filed a lawsuit for fraud billing sometime last year.

Midwest Fidelity Services I sent Midwest Fidelity a debt validation letter in January , a year ago, when this pooped up on my credit report

I sent Midwest Fidelity a debt validation letter in January , a year ago, when this pooped up on my credit report. I asked for: (1). Full accounting for this account: (2). Copy of the assignment of purchase from the creditor (3). Every charge and what was purchased, fee, payment, credit, interest (4). How you calculated what you claim I owe (5). Familiarity with (***) (6). Full chain of assignments from charge off to present (7). Proof that they own the debt with full clear title (8). Proof that they were on the original contract (9). Proof they are bonded in the state of Georgia (10). Proof they are who they claim They did not respond, so they account was deleted due to the violation and i asked for a cease and decist phone calls and letters. now its March, they sent me another letter asking for a lesser settlement amount. (violation 1) They are misrepresenting their name with the credit bureau this time around. they are claiming *** (which i don't have an account with) is collecting the debt instead of them. the report shows Same address and phone number on the report as Midwest Fidelity. Who are they trying to fool? (violation 2) Legally, no items ever deleted from a credit file cannot return with the same company. (so this is why they changed the name) (violation 3) FDCPA I will be filing a complaint with the *** and others

I am being contacted by a local and 877 or 866 numbers all claiming to be this company. Not only do they call 5 or more times a day they are also calling my work. I called back and told them to stop calling me or it would be harassment and to send it in writing. They refuse to do so.
