I am locked out of my personal email account. I have entered all the information that I have to hand - INCLUDING THE ONLY PASSWORD that I ever ued on that email address. STILL I AM LOCKED OUT>

My email is:

[protected]@outlook.com

AND I keep getting these problems when wither

WINDOWS updates

or Microsoft Edge Security or DEFENDER over-rides my purchased NORTON 360 during an update.

I am now locked out of all important communications to all my business and other contacts (AGAIN!)

I also need to retrieve my older email of 20 years:

[protected]@hotmail.com

Which was similarly locked out during lockdown when I could not recall a password and EVEN though I filled in several contacts and subject lines. THIS SYSTEM IS RIDICULOUS and worse than communications 100 years ago. YOU NEED TO MAKE IT EASIER TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING and meet one locally in person in order to stop crashing people's human communications.

Desired outcome: withiN 24 hours: RETURN MY EMAILS AND ALL OF MY LOST IMPORTANT DOCUMENTATIONS TO ME INCLUDING LOST BUSINESS AND FRIEND CONTACTS??
