I bought a house built by this “builder” and about 16 months after closing my basement started leaking from the basement wall cracking in 3 out of the 4 walls. I had noticed the cracks earlier but was told by the builder Michael Angelo Magnoli who came out that the cracks were not cracks but the paint/sealant on the wall. I bought this explanation but when I saw water coming in after a week of rain I knew he was wrong. I called and was told they were busy an would send some out to look at it and then fix it. Around the 17 ½ month he came out again with someone determine how to fix it and MA M called later to scheduled a week the next month to do the actual fix. When the week came and no one showed up I called and was told that the 18 month warranty was up and they would try to help me. When I called again I was told they were not responsible the warranty had expired and “times were tough for them” and then hung up on me. Relating this story to a neighbor I was told the bank had foreclosed on the other property owned by Michaelangelo Construction leading me to believe the company has essentially gone out of business. I have since learned that he is building on properties owned by his wife Diana Magnoli. If he did not have any money to fix my problem why is he building on other property? Oh I guess he is a scam.

Since I have owned the house my toilet has leaked and a circuit in the house was working erratically. All of which I had to pay for to get fixed. So bottom line if you want a money pit with an unstable foundation buy a house built by Michaelangelo Construction. These are only my opinions based upon my experience.
