Mia Aesthetics review: Cosmetic surgery deposit not returned 1

I had a scheduled surgery date after providing my deposit. Mia Aesthetic requires you to go through your doctor for labs and a physical exams to obtain clearance. I did not get clearance and they refuse to return my deposit. They have patients speak with so many different people they refused to escalate my request. They declined my request for my deposit and they charge thousands of dollars in fees if you cannot make an appointment. Also, they falsely advertise their prices and makes money off of fees. I would like my deposit returned.
