My aunt (Chinese from Hong Kong) and friends who speak very, very minimal English were charged for room consumption. They are elderly persons who, in every minute, spend money wisely. It's not their first time staying in a superior hotel (we have much luxurious casinos and hotels in Macau run by MGM or Sands or Wynn). They are a regular player who also stayed (for free as regular casino patrons) in these luxurious hotels.

During their 3 nights stay from 10th to 13th July 2023, my aunt was shocked as she was charged for $320. After asking for the detail bill, it shows that several Premium 1L water, Bud Lights (no one drink alcohol!), Diet Pepsi (no one like carbonated drinks), M&M, Red Bulls...

They KNOW in-room minibar could be expensive and thus they will NEVER consume these drinks or snacks.

Very dishonest hotel I can say... the side story was that they asked for late check-out but after knowing that they have to pay extra and then cancel the request BUT was told that they were charged already, although it was then refunded to them after me calling from Canada and complained and liaised hard.

Please, I need to get this $320 to be refunded. It's really very disappointing that they have this low service standard. Attached please find the detail bill
