I had Surgery 08.05.22. OMGEEE It was a great experience from start to finish. I've never been treated so good. They were awesome. My favorite is Dr. Smith. I'm a hard stick so I'm always super nervous about getting my IV. He got it on the first try! All their staff is amazing and they took great care of me and my husband who traveled with me! I highly recommend this clinic. You're not just a number but your are family! If you're thinking about doing it please do. They answered all my questions. I promise you won't regret it. I had Gastric bypass at this clinic on September 20, 2022. I had the amazing experience with the clinic staff and doctor. They took care of me from the time I arrive to the clinic and their driver picked me up and took me to the hotel, and after my surgery, the driver dropped me back to the airport to depart to my destination. The hotel stay was amazing too. Very nice place and clinic was extremely clean and well equipped. When I met the doctor, I felt so relieved and I felt I am in really good hands. My surgery went very smooth and my recovery was very smooth too. The staff and nurses really took care of me amazingly. They made arrangements according to my dietary restrictions. Amazing staff and amazing doctor. I can't thank you enough for taking good care of me. If I had to go for another surgery, I will definitely go back to the same clinic.

Everything from start to finish was exceptional! I went through MedicalMex to schedule my Gastric Sleeve with Dr. *** for 12/14/2022. I travelled alone and was very nervous about that. From the very start, *** walked me through all the details, answering all of my questions (and I had Many) quickly and put my mind at ease. You can also have a video consultation with Dr. *** if you wish. Once the deposit was made and I was scheduled, *** sent me all my information as far as pre-op diet, what to bring, post-op diet, etc. As it got closer, I got an email from her that had my driver's picture, car, and license plate so I knew who he was. My driver, ***, contacted me the night before to let me know where to go once I got off the plane for pick up. He was great, funny, and informative. He took me straight to the hospital and *** was there to greet me. She took me in and I started all the paperwork and payment processing. Once that was done, I got put in my room, IV put in, and waited for Dr. ***. He came in and spoke to me about the procedure, answered all my questions, and then soon after I was taken down for the procedure. Because he only does a couple a day, the nurses are very attentive. Nurse ***, Nurse *** are awesome! (Sorry if I missed any nurses, they were all great and I was groggy). I can say this, at one point I passed an office that was packed, and I asked if that was an ER or *** care and nope, it was one of the doctors that do like 20 a day. They looked miserable in there. Top to Bottom, if you are looking for a place to have the Gastric Surgery, Dr. *** is the one to go with! Again, shout out to ***, ***, ***, and all the wonderful nurses, you guys are awesome!

For several years I have hemmed and hawed over getting this surgery. For me, I NEEDED this. I didn't have a problem doing the work and losing the weight, but my problem was something happening in my life and me turning to binge eating to help me feel better. In turn, I'd gain back everything and more. Years of the ups and downs became exhausting. What made me finally decide to have the surgery was the fact that people kept thinking my husband was my daughters boyfriend, and not her father. He is good looking and fit, she is young and thin. No one EVER thought I was his wife, and while my daughter thought it was gross and he thought that was creepy, it made me think that no one would ever assume my husband was MY husband. This surgery was a lot of thought and a lot of back and forth, but I knew if I did this and put in the work, it would be for one last time. From the beginning, the team at Medicalmex answered every question I had (and there was a LOT), and was always speedy in replying, and very informative. Even if she had to get the doctor involved with a question I had, she always answered me back the same day. Just before I was scheduled to depart to Mexico, I got connected with my personal coordinator who is still with me to this day; following up on my goals, checking how I am doing, and making sure I'm staying on track. I'm proud to say I've lost 60 pounds in exactly 4 months, and I couldn't have done it without this team. From an initial question, to planning the surgery, coordinating pick up and drop offs (thank you, Medicalmex!), hospital stays, and every thing else between, this was the greatest thing I could've done. Last but not last, Dr. [Doctor's Name]... Thank you for being a down to earth, super chill doctor who is SO smart, SO skilled, and has the best bedside manner. I wasn't nervous at all, and trusted you immediately. You change more lives in more ways than one than you will EVER know. ?

Communication, professionalism, cleanliness, everything you can imagine is top tier! I have never had a staff that is as detailed and as informative as they have been FROM THE BEGINNING! I flew to Mexico alone unexpectedly and truth be told I was nervous. if that is you, its totally normal but Dont be! You are under the best possible care you can imagine! Since the moment I arrived to the airport I was never left alone, my driver picked me up and escorted me to the clinic/hotel. I than was greeted by the lovely staff and given a breakdown of what to expect, payment was super easy, Surgery I dont even remember which is a good thing but the recovery was amazing for me. (Painful but they made me as comfortable as can be) I LOVE the fact that the doctor only sees a few patients a day which makes your aftercare a lot more special in my opinion. My nurses, caregivers, assistants, all of them were exceptional and to my rescue at all times! I cant thank them enough! They were super friendly and made me feel as if my own family was taking care of me- now that is something I have never experienced EVER in the U.S.! Since Ive been home I have been checked on 3 times and its little past 1 week since Ive had my surgery. Im telling ya- you are NOT ALONE! Bottom line, if you are scared its okay and totally normal Id be worried if you werent cause this is life changing but, this is easily the best experience I could have chosen for myself and I am confident you will feel the same as I do! Just an FYI- I saw competitors in the same building and well lets just say that I was relieved multiple times on my decision. God placed me on the path to MedicalMex for a reason and I have never not trusted him and had Faith for what he has in store for me? Do yourself a favor, book an appointment with the doctor and his team! You will NOT regret it! They have become a part of my story and Im forever grateful ?

I am only a week out but the procedure from start to finish was the best! The nurses, doctor and care given, the facility was exceptional if I could give 10 stars I would!

Medicalmex and his staff did an amazing job from preparing for surgery to post surgery to follow-up. Although I traveled alone, I didn't feel alone because they made my stay very pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend Medicalmex! Keep up the great work.

I highly recommend this clinic! My experience was wonderful. The staff treated me like family and were very attentive to my needs. They took care of EVERYTHING. Even gave me a personal phone number I could call with questions that popped up in my head. Super cute, modern clean rooms. I would recommend this place so much that I'm going back next year for a cosmetic surgery.

Truly amazing experience! I was extremely scared travelling to a different country alone but from the moment I met them all my fears went away. I decided to go with the mommy makeover and am beyond amazed by how my results are! Dr. C and her team make you feel safe and at ease every step of the way. From the time I arrived in Mexico until the time I left I was treated like a queen. Surgery was about 1 1/2hrs. I was in a one bed hospital room that was very clean and the staff did an amazing job taking care of me. I had a companion with me and they were treated with the utmost respect by the hotel employees and medical staff. Included in the cost of the surgery is 30 days post-op medicine. I am almost 3 months post-op and I have lost over 50 lbs.

I had surgery with them in April 2022 and was in contact with them for months prior. Upon arrival at the clinic, the staff was very thorough in their evaluations and tests prior to surgery. When I finally saw my surgeon, all my anxiety melted away and I knew I was in great hands. The facility is top notch, super clean and new. The clinic and hotel stay were very comfortable, and I was very well taken care of by the MedicalMex team throughout every step. With Medical Tourism on the rise because of it's affordability and convenience, I decided to pull the trigger on a medical procedure after extensively researching various doctors and hospitals in several areas abroad. I decided upon a medical tourism facilitator called MedicalMex because of their relationship with a surgeon named Dra. Guadalupe *** C that I had heard about from a co-worker . Long story, short, I ended up getting a comprehensive surgery consisting of a breast lift with implants, 360 degrees of liposuction, a BBL, and a 360 abdominoplasty. It was a big surgery and I was a little terrified to be traveling to another country to get such an extensive procedure done, especially during a pandemic and choosing to go alone. But, the facilitators at MedicalMex were there with me from start to finish and every step in between making me feel at ease, safe, and attended to. The surgery went better than any and all expectations, and the results are beyond amazing! The after care experience was great! The nurses are on top of every little thing, and the recovery center rooms are like high end apartments with beautiful views of the city. It was worth every penny and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Dra. C is a true genius in her field, and I highly recommend her if you are considering something as life changing as aesthetic or reconstructive surgery. I just cannot say enough about her and MedicalMex. They made a profound impact on my life, and I am eternally grateful that I chose them.
