The Division of Consumer Services has received your complaint and determined that another agency has jurisdiction in this matter. We have referred your complaint to FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION - WASHINGTON which will review your complaint and take whatever action they deem appropriate. ...THE ORIGINAL COMPLAINT BELOW...,,, The Google my Business account that you have posted images of your business and company's name on it (as we can assume your aware of and screen captured, that it says its "posted by Rick Simnett", it is not your office location, it is a Google My Business account for Ateam Captains Yacht Management, this other office building is located at 2011 S 25th Street Ft Pierce Fl. 34947, and It is a Google My Business Location for The Ateam Captains Yacht Management which we did not register.It was moved to this location and had to be set up and created by someone who has access to public GMB accounts. Our Company has been working with our Bank regarding the matter, essentially that you are using your stated Google Certified Partner access to undertake this bad actor performance. The original contract was agreed to and funded with your wife Samantha Hart who stated she is also a Google Partner and the stated owner of Media Giant, and also as the present co owner of The Carleton Bulding where your dba Media Giant online marketing company is opertated out of and where as we executed a Virtual Office agreement with your Firm last year , that we have documented that the day after our intial complaint on the Carleton Building Google My Business Reviews Section (that was basically the same report aformentioned here), you simply removed your own Carleton Buidling Google My Business Account, in any event this matter is still under investigation for fraud for the Bank Charges forThe Virtual Office agreement you were supposed to provide services to our Company for, including but not limited to; the address for our newly Licesed Bonded Yacht Brokerage as well as the Google Business authorization Card (that was intailly approved and access Code was shared with our Firm and our location was secured for a virtual office with regular mail service and our new Google My Business Online Account , which had shown The address, 108 Depot Drive Ft Pierce which is The Carleton Buildings address), for use of office space as needed, that was later breached by your company for no apparent reason and without notice or warning. The Ateam Captains Yacht Mangement was removed for suspiciuos activity twice, your images added and the location moved without our authorization. Enough time has transpired for a legal remendy to be warranted and make a complaint request for damages. The same Corrispondence of legal action pending was distributed to your representative and stated co owner Samantha Hart of The Carleton Building and co owner of Media Giant several months ago in the hope that this matter would be addressed by you by simply removing the images from the Ateam Capatins Yacht Management Google My Business account. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to have the images that you posted on The Ateam Captains Yacht Management Google My Business account, which as of 6 25 2023 still include images of your variuos office spaces, images of your Media Giant logos and images of your tenants business logos requested to be removed through Google Admin requests, we have no other alternative by to file a case against your firm which will include, a projected loss of income due to delay of promotion of our new business and other costs and damages associated in the nature of this still present malicious internet attack directed against our new Business start up by you and Mrs Hart.You have used your internet Business Certified Google Partner access to cause Harm to our Company at the minimum you should be put out of business for that, we are filing a formal Report with DBPR and the BBB as well for Harassment - Means engaging in a course of conduct specifically directed at certain person that results in substantial emotional distress to that individual and serves no legitimate purpose.

Cyberstalk - Means to communicate with a specific individual in words, images or language via electronic communication with the intended result of severe emotional distress to that person where the action serves no legitimate purpose.
