Received product on 19/8/2023 found out it was faulty and request to exchange. Seller was not responsive at all and reply 2days later. Also received email from dispute agent and always changing personnel in handling case. Sad to say, 1 of the male dispute agent was rude and unprofessional handling as (wondering he still sleeping and dreaming) while replying. No throughly checking and rejected by this dreamer. Mail reply and he is not willing to send consumer feedback form for level of problem solving and satisfactorily response. 2nd time another mysterious person reply and rejected and not willing to assist just mentioned no evidence provided (in fact video and photo) shown clearly.. Still rejected and this mysterious person didn’t (quote name) who is the sender. Wondering all these people sitting in the office and waiting month end salary credited to account.. Easy job
