some guy named Zack from Mayday Restoration stopped at my house and said I had wind damage to my shingles. He went on the roof pulled up a couple of shingles and told me some false information how he could get the insurance to put on a new roof. Now I have to fix that. That was the last I ever heard or saw of him from Mayday Restoration. I would give them no stars if I could and would never do business with Mayday Restoration.

I had Mary jo and Noah assist me in replacing two roofs. They were very professional and stayed with me throughout the process. My insurance company gave me a hard time on both roofs and mayday restoration was there for me fighting for new roof replacements. In the end we were victorious and I received two new roofs. The quality of workmanship was excellent and I would highly recommend them for your roofing projects!

The sales rep was respectful and helpful, but told me that he had never had a claim denied from my insurance company and that he felt there was a 90-95% chance an insurance claim would be successful. The adjuster came out and found no evidence of wind or hail damage to my roof. I can't speak to the quality of work since none was done, but feel like I was slightly misled by the rep about the extent of damage to my roof.

Mayday came to me as a referral after a major hailstorm. Jacob was knowledgeable, present and accessible throughout the roofing process. He responsibly guided me through the entire process helping with insurance contact, paperwork, and with Jake, explained the quality roofing product colors and process for application. Work was done with competence, in a timely manner and with respect for my home. The referral was greatly appreciated.

The owner Matt has a keen eye for selecting colors and patterns. Even though it took 3 months to complete the siding installation, the end result is truly remarkable. They also went above and beyond by performing additional tasks, which I am truly grateful for. However, this is where the positive experience ended. Unfortunately, they accidentally damaged my doorbell, a downspout for my gutters, and some pieces of deck trim. Despite my request for repairs, they have refused to address any of these issues. To make matters worse, the owner even called me on a Sunday night, expressing anger and threatening behavior after I left a two-star Google review due to their refusal to fix the damages caused by their company.

The worst experience. Never finished my job and made numerous emails and text messages saying would be our to finish and never did. Over 6 months later and the owner who is by far the worst businessman I have ever spoken to threatened me and has failed to complete the project. He has breeches his contract and failed to fulfill the contract and terms. I am notifying all agencies about this company and how they have people full time, they sub contract most of there work and are not honest about. They do not pay payroll taxes and all required by the state as a legitimate company does.I have squirrels living in the soffit of this property now and am catching and releasing away from my property and I am getting bids to fulfill the contract they failed to finish.

If I could give a zero I would. Get a call yesterday (Saturday) from the owner Matt stating I owe him money 3 months after a job. There have been no invoices sent at all. The only amount known was the agreed amount when the job was completed and paid in full several weeks after completion. Mind you when his crew came to do my roof they went to my neighbor's house and took the roof off before they realized they were at the wrong house. Then while on the phone he threatens to come to my house and in his words, “beat my [expletive] and take the money owed. You don't know who you are messing with I will destroy you" now sadly none of this was recorded but had multiple witnesses to it. This group will act friendly upfront but then we try to deceive you in the end. And side note still have not completed the full job even after being paid. I got to the point of harassment and fear that I contacted his local and my local Law Enforcement. Now he's threading yo take me to court. Stay away from them for your and your family's safety.
