MARCIA SHEIN representation of federal crime clients has been devastating and tragic. She denies client's right to assist in their own defense. In my case, she demanded excessive fees from my elderly grandmother (without my knowledge) while I was unjustly incarcerated (bond denied) based on her lies during a hearing. She refused to maintain communication. Any few discussions were delegated to her secretary.
Shein neglects clients in favor of her pets. One client spent 1 year unnecessarily incarcerated because Shein was unaware of proper court procedure and filed to prepare appropriate and timely filings. She took valuable personal property including jewelry, clothing, and laptop and refused to return them. Her office has been attacked several times by clients because of severely faulty defenses including a life sentence. This includes a BURNING DOWN of one office.
Upon appeal by other attorneys, cases are overturned citing INEFFECTIVE COUNSEL., Shein has received REPRIMANDS AND RBUKIE during hearings.
LIVES HAVE BEEN DESTROYED AND DEVASTATED BY MARCIA SHEIN.

I know Marcia Shein professionally and personally. I find the above complaints unfounded, fictional and certainly not based on any knowledge of the law, the legal system and trials for that matter.
Interesting to note. Marcia Shein was not the defense attorney in Pastor Oslo's original case.
Ms. Shein's role in Pastor Oslo's case was of an appellate nature, post-conviction.
The "fellow retired attorney" should be aware that the work was post conviction, which requires finding error in the original trial, raising issues that were not raised at the trial level.
It gives me pause to think that the "fellow retired attorney" spoke to any lawyers that would agree with him/her based on his/her limited knowledge of what actually transpired in the case.
I doubt seriously that any attorney would give their valuable opinions without knowledge of the case and clearly this "retired fellow lawyer" had no knowledge of what transpired in this case post conviction.
And I unlike the folks above gladly give my name, in support of this very fine attorney.

As a retired attorney and one that is still very much involved in criminal issues, it is amazisng that I have not seen more postings of this sort. Shein is a menace and an "Acopolypse" wating. I noticed that a very public about Revend Oslo is all over the Internet. Shein defended, well was supposed to defend him. HE IS UNJUSTLY IN PRISON. All lawyers that I have spoken with agree SHEIN PUT HIM THERE!
