Management was highly responsive and knowledgeable. The work was done on time by a competent crew. A couple issues that came up were quickly and easily resolved. From my experience this seems to be a well managed company.

Last year I had water coming into my house from my gutter from the snow storm we had and Make It Happen and his team did an amazing job with fixing the issue and inspected my roof just to make sure all was ok and he noticed that I need to coat my roof and I'm so happy I did. This year we had snow and I didn't have any build up on my gutter because of Make It Happen and Make it Happen team. I would highly recommend because of the professional work done and the process.

I don't write reviews right away because I like to see how a product/service holds up. I am very happy with my new roof! From the quote to the clean up to a month after I have been very happy with Make It Happen and their work. They were fast and professional. All the workers were very nice. My old roof was falling apart and an ugly brown color. Now it's a light gray and fully intact. There have been several spring storms come through with high winds and I have not had any issues. Very happy customer. Now saving up for my garage roof!

I had an issue with my screen door and I spoke to the manager about it. I only called him once and he came over promptly. He assessed the damage and told me how he would repair it and the time frame that it would be done. He did exactly as he said. I was very pleased with his kindness and professionalism.
