Ticket number is: [protected] for our office Ayalaland - Makati Development Corporation Davao office. The technician was very stupid since I gave a schedule office hours is 7 am to 4pm. BHut they called me through landline even my number provided was mobile because of my Job which was always on site. Now when I ask a favor to continue on the next day he got angry and instead I got angry too as exhaustd I said A work gago whcih was my expression but after that he told me as many profane languages like potangina, gago, tarantado. I told him that I was the client and not the one toa djust on the time they will repair. Also upon calling 177 it was unreachable. So my technique in calling one of your hotline n umber 171 which was suppose to be only for residential I gave my home landline number [protected] in able to contact operator. Then After argue with the technician he also compromise to disconnect my internet at home which was already so personal since we had a fight on my office internet. I also filed a ticket on the number [protected] ticket number : [protected] ( dinamay pa niya pati bahay namin ) alsways using the name of my classmate Raldey Tecson everytime mjay trouble para lagn di ako magalit but this time ginagmit na naman niya name ni raldey Tecson to save himself. For details you can contact me through [protected] I hope that kind of you staff or FE should be punished at least suspendid . I would never expect that an engineer from PLDT would cause like this
