OUTSTANDING service! Moved from San Francisco to Merced, CA without a hitch! Everyone at Magic Moving was friendly, experienced, careful and professional! I needed packing and moving heavy awkward furniture, fragile pics, glassware and antiques. The movers were AWESOME, very fast and careful! Worth every penny! Highly recommend Magic Moving! Awesome company! I hired Magic Moving & Storage to move from high rise in San Francisco to antioch. They were very easy to work with , extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They packed my fragile pics, lamps, tv and wrapped everything in blankets. The movers were uniformed friendly careful and experienced. Very impressive! Very happy, thanks guys! I highly recommend this company!

AMAZING company and workers! We moved from the 6th floor apartment in San Francisco to Walnut Creek with a ton of stuff. We filled the whole truck but movers were so fast and careful with our stuff! We were totally impressed with their attitude, cleanliness and professionalism! Very difficult, stressful move but these guys made it look easy! Excellent value and very friendly helpful staff! Highly highly recommend using MAGIC! Thanks again guys!

Love love this company! We've used them 6 times now moving throughout to the bay. Wonderful experience every time from start to finish. Prices are more than reasonable, movers extremely careful, efficient, and polite. They always disassemble, reassemble our furniture and place everything where we need in a timely manner. Movers never complain always professional and care about out belongings. Best moving company in the San Francisco Bay Area! Definitely recommend.

Best moving and storage company ever! Perfect move... Great price! Incredibly friendly and experienced! Took a difficult move despite 3 flights of old urban stairs and 2 pick up locations and made it look simple. Showed up on time, packed our remaining items, covid-19 safe, wore masks whole time.. They put us in storage for about a month, delivered everything in tip top shape to our new home. Have used this company twice, excellent service! Highly recommend, Thanks guys!

These guys did an outstanding job! Made my dreaded move so much easier. They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient! From the very beginning with the office girls who were extremely helpful with getting me organized and prepared. Then the movers were extremely careful, wrapped all of my belongings with thick blankets and even helped me place items in and out of my car! Best customer service by far from beginning to end. Highly recommend this moving company for making my move seamless and effortless.

Exceptional company and service. Magic Moving & Storage and their team were a pleasure to work with! I have extremely heavy large annoying furniture but these guys were strong careful and very respectful of my belongings. I couldn't get them to even take a break! I moved from my three bedroom + house into a two bedroom over-stuffed condo. When it all did not fit the movers took my remaining stuff into their storage... Very accommodating and what a relief! Very professionally run business, everyone is friendly helpful and polite. Thanks again guys well worth the price! Will definitely use again and highly recommend Magic Moving!

Our move to Napa from Brentwood was flawless! Thanks to Magic Moving & Storage, John, Mike, and Sarah, it was our best move ever and we've done this 17 times! They arrived right on schedule, laid out protective carpet and then they went to town. We've never seen movers like this. They were efficient, fast and very protective of our goods. They wrapped and taped all the furniture and carefully loaded the truck. All in just two hours. They arrived at Napa after we did. No delays. The unloading went as flawless as the loading. They did not appear to want a break but we bought them lunch and made them sit and enjoy. They then finished up, collected all the wrapping and left. Start to finish (including lunch): 5 hours! Boom!

WHITE GLOVE ALL THE WAY! I read a couple of these recent reviews and this has not been my experience at all! I used Magic Moving & Storage 3 times now (twice locally and once from Las Vegas to Tracy) and each time professional, fast, and experience! They carefully packed, wrapped, and moved a 5 bedroom house full of my big furniture, precious keepsakes, antiques, garage, outdoor patio furniture and even my car! Magic was the only company out of several that would include my car. They were organized, the team was AWESOME always explaining how and why they were handling things. Always with a smile I might add and never stopping! They were fast and moved me under budget! BEST movers I've ever had, hire them!

Looking for an amazing company? Magic Moving is the best! Began our search on the phone for my mother's move from San Francisco to Los Angeles, received abrupt, rude and unprofessional intake. Accepted a referral from a colleague for Magic and 'WOW' what an outstanding job! Movers arrived promptly, prepared for work, and communicated their plan. They were incredibly professional, experienced; took great care with our delicate furniture, boxes, and expensive possessions. Driver was very helpful communicated along the way and arrived in Los Angeles ahead of schedule. Delivery was exceptional, put everything where I wanted, assembled our furniture and not a dent or bruise anywhere! Girls in office were helpful and professional. We will use Magic Moving in the future, definitely recommend!

Horrible experience with this company. We packed our house and they came to put it in storage. We asked numerous times for a quote to ship it to the east coast from the time we set up the appointment to have them put it in storage to the time before we bought a house on the east coast (3 month). This company kept putting us off saying they will get one to us. We finally call to schedule a delivery date (mind you still no quote and 3 months later) they call us saying they might be able to deliver it a week after we asked but they aren't sure. Still no quote. 2 weeks later we finally get a quote. It was ridiculous talk about sticker shock. Had we received a quote way before then we would have been fine with the amount given. We decided to go get our belongings and drive it ourselves across country. But in order to get our stuff out they said we had to pay them [insert appropriate amount] dollars and they would pack our stuff into the trailer. They didn't even pack our trailer right. They put our 65 TV in first. Obviously not caring how my stuff is packed. Then once the second trailer pulled up there was no one to even pack it. One guy was more worried about cleaning the cement floor not worried that anyone was going to slip as they were carrying a massive couch across the wet soapy floor. One guy finally came to help but only helped move 2 items. Plus the entire time the movers complained and used foul language at us. I would never recommend anyone use this place. None of how this company works if good.
