We are so happy to have had Graham at M&M Mortgage handle our recent home purchase. He was on top of everything during this volatile market and treated each offer we made as a priority. After several tries we were finally able to go into contract without being overbid! Graham walked us through the process and made it very easy to understand and helped alleviate some stress. He and M&M Mortgage will be the first we call if we look again in the future and will be the first we recommend to friends.

Refinancing our home was probably one of the best things we decided to do in 2020, and we couldn't have had a better experience with M&M, specifically with Graham. Graham made it super simple for us to understand the refinancing process, and he did an amazing job finding us a deal that I know we would not have gotten if we didn't have Graham. By refinancing we were able to shave hundreds off our monthly mortgage payment! We couldn't be happier with the decision to refinance, and can't recommend Graham and M&M enough.

I have worked with M&M Mortgage THREE times now(2 home purchases and 1 refinance. This latest refinance moved me from 4.75% to 2.25% - AMAZING! Beyond the numbers, the service has been OUTSTANDING! They have been fantastic at helping to guide me through what information I need to gather, identifying potential issues, how we can work through them and what is our best and most likely route. Every time I've worked with them, it has been a pleasure and I consider myself lucky to have been guided through the process so smoothly.

I recently worked with Ben Thompson on our home refinance. Ben was great to work with from the beginning and had 100% of my trust during the whole process. Ben was great to work with, Guided me all the way through my Refinance to the end and beyond. He was always available to talk to if I had any questions and stayed on the line to help me with the E-signing online. I had a wonderful experience working with Nick Schneider at M&M Mortgage. He got me through the refinancing process from start to finish with utmost professionalism and knowledge. Nick was consistently easy to speak with, and always explained things I didn't understand with competence and courtesy. He was able to get me a better interest rate on my mortgage which, in the end, will save me tens of thousands of dollars. Nick came recommended to me by a family member who refinanced recently, and now I will highly recommend him to anyone I know who is also interested in refinancing.

I read an article on Universal Wholesale Mortgage offering great rates. When I looked up local brokers M and M were by far the most responsive. I initially called after hours thinking I would leave a message, but they found me someone. William Nicholson was thorough and responsive, taking the time to answer all my questions on areas of the process I was not familiar with. We were so happy with the service provided we have referred 4 other people to him. We are also doing a second property purchase through them. We initially started the process with the past mortgage company and we hated the service. When we called in no one would answer questions and would transfer me to only one specific person who would take days to answer me and their quoted rate was almost .75 points higher than what M and M found us. WeI would highly recommend

I would like to thank Graham Smith for making the homebuying process as smooth and easy as it can be for my wife and I. He had a great game plan that helped us execute everything at a timely manner. He was always a text, or phone call away, whenever we had a question. He puts all his focus and energy on ensuring that we received the best service that one can get from a loan officer! At times there were a few hiccups that would arise, but Graham was already on top of things, and already had the solution to fix it. He was always patient with us, and never got frustrated even when we asked multiple questions. Graham cares about his customers/clients, and truly puts them first! Look no further! Graham Smith will take care of you. As a first time homebuyer, I would gladly recommend him to anyone that's looking for a great loan officer to work with!

Initially I had put out a feeler regarding mortgage rates through a website and as a result I had a massive amount of emails coming to me from all different companies. I was skeptical and cautious about giving out any personal information to anyone unless I planned on moving forward with that person and company. Out of all the companies and brokers who contacted me it was Scott Johnson that provided substantial information that made me want to follow through to see where this would take me. Well, Scott did not disappoint! He was responsive, informative, and quick to give guidance when needed. He knew when to hold out and got me a rate that I have never seen in my lifetime! This was a jumbo loan and it was not near as painful as it had been when I originally got the loan, in fact it was finished from beginning to end in 3 weeks. I couldn't be happier! In fact he is currently helping my daughter refinance her home now. It is without hesitation that I recommend Scott Johnson and MM Mortgage, they are the best ever!

I would like to leave a review for an exceptional Mortgage consultant in the person of Scott Johnson of M & M Mortgage. The Refinance journey is very daunting, but Scott and M & M mortgage made the journey bearable and ultimately satisfactory! Scott is a consummate professional with a heart; his compassion for his clients comes through every time. He took our refinance journey as though it were his; his expertise and knowledge in the mortgage industry runs deep as he went over different possible scenarios with us explaining what is needed to get us to the next level - when I saw doom, all Scott saw was possibilities, he was positive every step of the way. From getting my credit scores increased to getting the appraisal done, Scott spent many a sleepless night crunching numbers and working tirelessly to make our refinance dream come true! Indeed, it was a great pleasure working with Scott! In today's cutthroat America, where companies do not care for their clients, it is refreshing to see a difference. For sure you want Scott Johnson and M & M Mortgage in your corner for your first or second mortgage/refinance journey!

We just closed with them a few weeks ago! Really phenomenal experience overall. We worked with Jillian and she was so great the entire way--she was attentive, checked in regularly with us, communicated really clearly and effectively, and was incredibly patient and thorough with all our questions. I liked that she communicated via email with me since that was my preference, and I especially appreciated that her responses to questions were so easily digestible. She even came to our closing to wish us well which was a really nice touch! We had a quick closing (less than 30 days) and she got it all done with time to spare. As for the rate we got...incredible. From a top lender too. It's lower than we were even dreaming was possible! And it was clear that M&M really cared very deeply about ensuring that for us even if it meant taking a hit or two on their end. They beat out the firm that our realtor recommended so hopefully that tells you how impressed we were on every level. I couldn't recommend them more highly! I also spoke with one of the principles on the phone recently and he was really friendly and approachable as well.

This review is to wholeheartedly recommend Ben Thompson at M&M Mortgage for your next home refinance. For our initial mortgage we used a retail bank and had a terrible experience which resulted in a delayed closing and a negative financial and emotional impact to our family. This was the first time we have ever refinanced a home and had never used a broker before. We were amazed at the extraordinary interest rate/terms we received in addition to the speed in which the entire process was finalized. From application to closing, it took only 3 weeks. Ben was extremely professional and effective at communicating with us at each step of the way and we appreciate the flexibility in which he did so to meet our family's needs (i.e. phone, email, text, etc.). He was able to schedule the closing meeting for document signing on a weekend, at our home, to accommodate my husband's work schedule. The closing process was convenient and smooth. Even the notary commented that it was the lowest interest rate she had seen in her last year of doing this work! We would not hesitate to recommend Ben to any of our family and friends.
