The crew was professional and friendly. They made sure I understood what they were doing and why. I'm excited about the advantages of crawl space encapsulation.

Everyone I met was super nice. They did the job and cleaned up afterwards. The job was done just a day ago. They said there's a warranty for 3 years. I'll write a better review later when I have more to say.

My wife and I own a house that's been around for 100 years. LRE came over and fixed the flooring, which was sagging because of water damage and stuff. They did a great job and removed a bunch of old junk from under the house when they cleaned up.

Eddie and his team did a great job fixin' and replacin' them wood subfloors and beams that done got damaged. They also made sure to cover up the space real good to keep it safe in the future. They were real careful and explained every step to us, and it was a real pleasure workin' with 'em. I can't recommend 'em enough. Thanks a bunch!

My experience with LRE Foundation Repair, LLC was absolutely amazing! From the first time I spoke with Shawna to Denver coming out to check everything, Tara keeping me updated, and Brad fixing our driveway, the team was outstanding. They provided excellent customer service, had a great attitude, and paid close attention to every little detail. The whole project was incredibly satisfying! I would definitely recommend them as the best choice for any foundation repair needs!

I gotta tell ya, LRE Foundation Repair, LLC is absolutely amazing! They were so great to work with, I can't even put it into words. We had this issue with our house where one corner needed some underpinning, and our pool deck was all wonky because of a leaky pool from way back in 2003. Let me tell ya, those guys were real pros. They were super polite, worked their butts off, and did an awesome job! And get this, they even cleaned up everything afterwards. I'm telling ya, LRE deserves a solid five stars from me!

LRE replaced our 1" channel drain with a 4" drain, which is way better. It drains to a sump pump with a pop-up. We've been trying to fix our drainage problem for a few years, but it didn't work out so well. But now, we can finally finish our patio area and not stress about the water hitting our house when it rains! They finished the job on time and did a great job cleaning up afterward. We really recommend this super professional company!

I contacted LRE to get a quote on leveling/raising one corner of my pool deck. Over a period of time, the deck drain had allowed erosion, and the deck was down about 1" where it butted up to the house. The sales rep was on time, professional, and knew a lot about concrete. We made a deal, set an appointment for the work, and as scheduled, Jagren C. showed up to do the job. He explained the process to me, told me to watch and ask any questions. It's really cool to watch. Not only did the concrete come back level, but the deck drain lined up with it. Jagren asked a few times if I was happy with the job and then cleaned the work area really well. Very professional job and a professional company overall. I would totally recommend their services.

From start to finish, I gotta say, LRE Foundation Repair, LLC is the real deal. They sent over some top-notch folks to help me out with a tough project, and I couldn't be happier. Shout out to Zac S, the Design Specialist who got the ball rolling, and the crew leaders Rick P and Antonio, along with the field technicians Chuck, James, Dametrius, and Trent. These guys were all about that hard work, attention to detail, and knowing their stuff. They were like a well-oiled machine, I tell ya. And let me tell you, they didn't let the scorching 100-degree heat slow them down one bit. They showed up on time, stayed until the job was done, and came back the next day ready to tackle it all over again. I can't recommend the LRE Family of Professionals enough. They're the real deal, folks.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner about the awesome work done by LRE and to say thanks to LRE for going the extra mile to fix the drainage issue we talked about in September's review. The LRE team redesigned and reworked the drainage system. While I appreciate LRE's Extra Effort Policy, what I really appreciate is how professional and kind LRE was to me and my neighbors, and that LRE keeps their promise to install the best drainage system. Both Antonio's and Donovan's teams are amazing. Jim answered all my questions and sent updates on the progress of the job. I can say for sure that LRE used top-notch materials and covered the drain field with fresh, healthy, and well-placed sod. Lastly, the work was done in the hot part of the day and the LRE Foundation Repair, LLC team always had a "we are here for the customer and can do" attitude. I'm really happy with the work done and grateful to LRE Foundation Repair, LLC for installing a drainage system that solved the previous drainage issue caused by the side yards being so close to each other.

My experience with LRE was a nightmare. I signed a contract with ***, a design specialist, for foundation stabilization on July 1. The work began on Oct. 24, which was 4 months later. During our initial meeting, *** mentioned that it would take 4 to 7 weeks to obtain the permit. After not hearing from anyone for 6 weeks, I called to inquire about the permit status. To my surprise, no one had taken any action. No one had even applied for the permit. I was then informed that I needed to have a soil sample, which they were not aware of. They claimed it was a new requirement from Hillsborough County, but it didn't make much sense to me. After asking some questions, *** admitted that a mistake had been made. He spoke to his manager and assured me that I should not have to pay for someone else's mistake. He also promised to get me an earlier start date. I expressed my concern about the rainy and hurricane season, but the project date remained unchanged. I made it clear that I was unhappy about this. They said many things to try to appease me. On Oct. 24, the workers discovered more damage to my house. I had to purchase 2 additional piers, which cost me $3313. According to ***, the manager refused to pay for even half of it. Due to LRE's negligence and delay, I ended up paying for someone else's mistake. I sent an email with a detailed description of what had happened, but I received no reply. On a positive note, the workers were polite, explained their actions, and seemed to care about their work.

The Team was professional and flexible. The Team completed their work and left the site neat and clean. They explained the process and asked if we had any questions. They were outstanding!

Brad from LRE did an excellent job of correcting our lanai and pool deck plus the walkway to the front door entry. Several sections of concrete on the lanai and pool deck had shifted up and down over the years leaving significant differences in height where they meet. Now they flow together with matching heights at their joints. It was quite a transformation in appearance and functionality. Shea, the design specialist, and Brad, the technician, are obviously experts at this and true professionals. I highly recommend LRE.

I had an appointment with a sales consultant named Matt from LRE Foundation Repair, LLC on March 26. He came to my house, but unfortunately, he didn't really listen to what I wanted to get done. Instead, Matt did things his own way and then asked me to sign a bunch of papers. I refused to do so and also declined to take the papers to the bank for notarization.

Afterwards, I called LRE ground service and explained the situation to the girl on the phone. She assured me that a manager would call me, but that never happened. I didn't receive any emails or any form of communication from them.

It's worth mentioning that back in July , LRE had done the same job in the same location without any of these problems.
