I paid this company to mail my wallet back that I accidentally left in my rental car. But they lost the wallet and I had to make a claim for its value. This happened in February and it's been 6 months now, but nothing has been resolved. Lost Returns won't pick up the phone, won't return voicemails, and won't reply to emails.

So I used this company, Lost Returns, Inc., to get back something I left in a rental car (they're the ones Enterprise uses). But guess what? They didn't deliver the item, and when I kept bugging them about it, they left a voicemail saying it got lost. And that's it! They haven't bothered to explain anything. They did give me back the shipping fee I paid, but they've been ignoring all my attempts to reach out. I've called the number they gave me, but it just goes to voicemail and no one bothers to call me back. I even tried going through Enterprise customer support, but all they say is that someone will get in touch with me, and surprise, surprise, no one ever does.

Besides the emails, I usually get 1 to 3 automated calls every day, reminding me that the item was recovered. I've tried calling the provided number multiple times, but it always goes to voicemail. I've never spoken to a person, and my calls have never been returned.
