After ordering masks a month ago and discovering they still haven't been shipped, I emailed and called to inquire. No response, and they blocked my #. About a month ago (around April 25), I purchased masks from LA Apparel (order #XXXXXX). The payment method was Amazon pay. According to theithe tracking info supplied on the website, they still haven't been shipped yet. I have needed masks for a while (there is a mask requirement where I live and across store locations) and I have had to turn elsewhere to get masks. I emailed LA Apparel on May 18, and received no response. So yesterday, on May 21, I called them. The robocall indicated their representatives were all busy, so I left a voicemail with contact information. This morning (May 22), I called again only to discover my number had been blocked. All of my calls were immediately disconnected. I now have no way of getting a response from LA Apparel or about my masks.
