Was having problems finding cork for my vivariums. LLL Reptile had plenty in stock. The checkout process was very quick. No hassles. Feel like these guys are really on top of their game even though this year has been hard on online supplies and shipping. No problems here!

On May 25, 2021, I placed an order for 3 Eastern Spotted newts from LLL. The cost was $9.99 each, with an additional $39.95 for shipping and a $5.95 boxing charge. I received the newts on May 26, 2021, and immediately noticed some irregular lumps on the male's back. As someone who has experience keeping *** as pets, I knew that these lumps were not normal. I took photos of the lumps and sent an email to LLL, expressing my concern about receiving a sick newt and attaching the photos. Their response was unsatisfactory, as they claimed that the lumps could be an old injury and should not cause any issues. They only offered me a store credit of $9.99. When ordering a pet, it is expected to receive a healthy and perfect one, not one with such issues. I informed them that I wanted a replacement newt in perfect condition, but they have not responded. I am extremely upset about their lack of concern, as I now have to worry about the newt's health and the potential impact on the other two.
