I bought a mattress from Linenspa.com and waited a week for my order, but I never got a shipping confirmation. I chatted with customer service and they told me my order was marked as fraudulent, even though my card was already charged. Seriously, will I be charged again and still get nothing? Now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund... I'm starting to doubt if I'll ever get that money back.

I bought a big king comforter from this company. Their website said it would be 116 inches by 98 inches. When it came, it was only 103 inches by 92 inches. Way off! I told them about it and they sent me a new one, but it was the same size. Not even close to what they said. I contacted them again and they told me to try stretching the corners (but the fabric doesn't stretch). They sent another replacement and guess what? It was still 103x92. They're saying they have a size they don't really have and told me they can't guarantee I'll get the right size. If they lie about the sizes, they shouldn't be in business.

Ordered 2 Lucid latex Dunlop mattress toppers from Linenspa through *** on the evening of 01/12/23. After reviewing the product the next morning, I discovered that the product description was deceiving and omitted important info that the product was a 50% synthetic petroleum-based man-made latex. This info is nowhere in Linenspa or Lucid website detailed descriptions. It can only be found in Amazon reviews for the identical product. I believe this detailed info is intentionally omitted by *** to deceive the customer. I immediately notified *** and *** around 8:30 am on 01/13/23 that I did not want the product and requested cancellation by email. 15 minutes later, I received an email from Linenspa that the product had shipped with a Fedx tracking number. This showed a shipping label was created, suspiciously 15 minutes after cancellation was requested. Further emails throughout the day, shipping cancellation was denied and Linenspa was obviously determined to cram this deceivingly advertised product down my throat. Needless to say, the product was shipped *** miles across the country because of Linenspa's refusal to cancel a FedX shipping label on 01/13/23. FedX did not pick the product up for shipping until 4:42 pm on 01/15/23. FedX is delivering the product today, 01/20/23, at which time I will refuse delivery and the product will go back *** miles across the country to Linenspa. This could have easily been avoided with *** and a Company that cared for their Customers. I will update my review once I receive my refund, as promised by Linenspa. Needless to say, this situation leaves a very dissatisfied Customer with ***, *** and ***.

I bought this mattress in October . I tried to move it on 02/29, and it's all moldy.

In March , I bought a Linenspa Mattress from Walmart and signed up for the warranty. On August 11, I started a warranty claim because the mattress met the necessary criteria stated in the warranty information. However, on 8/12, Linenspa denied my warranty claim, stating that the qualifying criteria had changed. I took screenshots of the qualifications and warranty information on their website and sent them an email questioning the change, as my damaged mattress met the listed qualifications. Unfortunately, they have not responded to my email, and despite leaving messages and calling them, I have not received a call back.

My mattress is broken. The spring is making a loud noise. I am well within my 10-year warranty as this product was only purchased on July 15. I was told that I need to send pictures of the mattress, label on the mattress, and receipt of purchase to complete the one-time claim. I did all that was requested of me. Then they wanted a video of the sound, which I provided with audio only (my hand was covering the camera). They wanted a second video of the mattress with my foot or hand pressing it. I explained that I have family members in law enforcement and that are on classified assignments, and that I'm not comfortable doing a second video. I was already scolded for the first video. I took a chance and it bit me in the behind. How many times did you request a video from others? None. I just checked the reviews and not once did someone mention they needed to send you a video of the bed bugs that came with the mattress. Maybe it's because their names are Chris and Ashley instead of something you can't pronounce. But a broken spring from an Indian name needs a video, pictures, receipts, and what else? Would you like me to poop in a bag for DNA analysis to make sure I'm not on an "Indian beware" list? Trust me, that one I'm willing to do the do just for you.
