On Feb 24, 2021, Marcelo assisted me with 4 new tires for my 2016 suv. He showed me what was available at his shop and let me make the choice. He was professional and accommodating. Needless to say I was happy with my tire selection and my car was ready in 2 hours. Now that's service!

Brought my car to Lex Brodies because I needed two tires. The woman who helped me, Vochelle H, was awesome! She was pleasant, helpful and assisted me with a smile and great demeanor. And she got me a great deal and my car was ready in a couple hours. Definitely an asset to the company!

Took our 08 Honda Accord to the Lex Brodie's Tire, Brake & Service Company location to fix TPMS light and replace struts. Office team was very knowledgeable about the repair work and parts needed. I was happy to learn that they use good quality materials. Work was done in the time promised and for the fair quoted estimate.

Thank you to Lex Brodie's Tire, Brake & Service Company and the guys at their shop. I took my car in because my battery was dying. I was trying to drive to town to take my aunty home and was worried about it dying while I was driving :( They checked it out and replaced the battery in under half an hour. So thankful - my aunty was very impressed with how quickly everything was completed :) Turned a stressful situation around. Thanks!

Attempted robbery. My car has a gasket leaking oil, a 2-3 hour job that I could do myself if I had the proper tools, but it would be more expensive for me to buy the tools than to pay a mechanic to do the work. However, according to Lex Brodie's Tire, Brake & Service Company, this is nearly a $4k fix since they added in a host of other costs. The next shop I went to quoted the fix at $300 and another shop at $350. Obviously, Lex Brodie's thought I was just another customer that doesn't know anything about cars. I wonder how many other people they've done this to!

Customer service rep BRK at the Kalihi location was very helpful. She made sure I didn't forget to provide proper documentation required for the process, and she made me feel comfortable connecting with her. Additionally, she called me around the estimated time she said my car would be ready. BRK and her team at the Kalihi location took care of my car because it is important to me that when I pay a lot of money for service, I expect outstanding and honest service. When I drove out of the Kalihi location, I just felt good that my car ran smoother on tires and the air conditioning was cool. This was a great service experience. Thank you, Lex Brodie Kalihi Team! The "tire pressure low" light went on, so I took my car to Lex Brodie's Tire, Brake & Service Company. Immediately, the technician told me to drive forward. She showed me that a nail was in the right back tire. Unfortunately, the tire had to be replaced. Then in less than 3 hours, the tire was delivered from their supplier, tire replaced and my car was ready for pick-up. The technician also turned off the caution light. The best part was that I only had to pay for installation because I had just bought the tires from Lex Brodie's Tire, Brake & Service Company. Wow. The technician was professional and efficient. Unfortunately, she has since moved to the Pearl City branch.

The staff member greeted and checked me in when I arrived. I was upset due to really bad service and damage to the body of my car after just having it picked up from a Terrible dealer service center. The staff member was patient with me, he listened and asked questions to understand and get a clear understanding of the issues I was having with the car. He reviewed the process and assured me they would do their assessment and get back to me very soon. Some may think that's what they are supposed to do, and yes, that's true. However, it's really hard to find good customer service nowadays. So I want to assure the public that this Lex Brodies facility provides great service and I highly recommend. Thank you very much!

Review hard to find & leave! Maile was helpful & informative checking that I did need new tires that she assured was quiet then calling that I needed brake pads. Also, that I didn't need new shocks. Lex's is honest so I go there with my 2002 CRV. They didn't have to change their name like XYZ Company after their executives were convicted of financial dishonesty. “A good name is more desirable than great riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold." I had a scheduled appointment to get my safety check today on my car. I dropped it off at 8:15 AM and they assured me they would have it done by 1 PM (I confirmed this twice because I have important appointments and scheduled my whole day around it). Then I received a call at 9:15 stating that they needed to get new tires for it but assured me it would still be done on time. I called around 1 PM to confirm it would be done and when they said it would be done by 2 PM, so I started driving all the way from Northshore to Lex Brodie's Waipahu. Around 30 minutes into my drive, they called again saying that they had picked up the wrong tires. This is unacceptable, so I emailed the customer complaint center. They said they would have a car available at Enterprise for me. When I arrived, they said they didn't have a reservation and I would have to wait. Due to my appointment, I wasn't able to wait that long and called Lex Brodie's to get my car and key ready because at this point I was over 1 hour late for my appointments. When I arrived at Lex Brodie's, I met John Doe (name of responsible person) who seems to be the one responsible for all this mess. I told him I needed my car now, but he refused to give it to me. After I went into the office to speak to a supervisor, he finally gave me the keys. This experience was an absolute nightmare.
