Date of transaction - 10/25 Paid for 8 awnings and only 7 were placed in the house windows. The company assured me that the 8th awning would be installed as soon as it was completed back on 10/25. However, as of today - 5/24/2022, the company has not returned any of my calls or contacted me to provide an update on the 8th awning.
Furthermore, after the seven awnings were initially installed, some of the threads came loose, and despite my attempts to reach out to the company, they have not responded or taken any action to fix the issue. I have made numerous phone calls since last year and even visited their office in person, but no progress has been made.
As a senior who suffered a stroke on 4/27/2022, I kindly request that the company either fulfill their promise and install the 8th awning in my home, considering it has already been paid for, or provide a credit for the item since it has not been delivered as promised. Additionally, I would appreciate it if they could also address the loose threads and fix them promptly.
