Technician arrived on time; he was very polite; he went to work immediately; explained what he was doing (spring maintenance); explained discrepancies he found; and provided a quote for repairs. He did not pressure me to proceed with repairs. I igned up for their annual inspection package.

Legacy air installed an AC/heat pump unit last week and I was very pleased with the product, the staff and the followup service. They arrived at 7am as scheduled and completed the job by 11 am.I was kept up to date on the entire process. I am very pleased with the service and quality I received from Legacy air.

This is the second time we've used Legacy Air to fix our AC issue. As with the first time, the technician arrived on time, explained exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly and efficiently. I called Legacy Air because of their many high reviews and in less than 24 hrs. (in the heat of summer) they dispatched a professional and informative technician that quickly diagnosed the problem with my home outdoor AC unit and made the necessary repairs. This unit is 12 years old and now works like new. I highly recommend Legacy Air for all AC repairs.

Excellent service. 112 degree day & a/c fan quit working. Called for help and they had Darryl to our house in about 2 & 1/2 hours, checked everything (fan started working again and he explained why), was patient, stayed til sure problem was over at least for now. Jose was our tech and he was able to offer up an earlier visit today which worked out perfectly. Jose took the time to explain his process and asked permission for access. He took care of both units and made thoughtful recommendations for short and long term considerations. We like the annual maintenance subscription. I would highly recommend both Jose and Legacy. I appreciate the excellent service and professionalism :)

Just did a full upgrade to a 17 seer system and couldn't be happier with the entire process. Got 2 quotes and they were able to go over all of my questions. Once I decided to go with the 17 seer option, I go everything scheduled and their team arrived about 30 minutes early. They were quick and accommodating during the install and so far, everything is working as intended. I've dealt with 2 other HVAC companies but so glad I found legacy. Don't anticipate going to another company while living in LV

The Legacy service reptresentative was very courteous. He called before arrival to let me know that he was ahead of schedule. Once he arrived, he told me exactly what he would be doing. Since we are seniors with underlying health issues, I noted our concerns. He asked how I wanted to handle the call in light of the virus pandemic. He was very professional adhering to my requests when performing the inspection. I trusted his analysis and workmanship. I would certainly recommend Legacy Air for their services.

Legacy Air of Las Vegas is a company that deserves praise for their consistent levels of professionalism and integrity. They arrive at or very near appointment times, provide confirmation of the upcoming appointment along with a picture of the technician for security, demonstrate ability in their work, and respect my home by wearing shoe coverings and thoroughly picking up after the work is complete. My questions are well received with informative and thorough responses. Great follow up with electronically sent photos of the work done along with proof of parts replaced. I continue to use them for maintenance and repairs for all of the above reasons

Heard the monthly program advertised several times so I decided to sign up. Even paid the first month at the time of sign up instead of waiting till the first service. The technician Richard and his trainee were both friendly and recommended that I replace the capacitors and I did for nearly $550. They did spend allot of time working on both units. After they left and we tried the units we noticed one was very loud when it was never loud like this before. Also, when it turned off we heard a loud bang. The next day I called Legacy and they sent another technician out. He was able to fix the loud bang but not the loudness of the unit. He said that we would have to replace the motor for a fee. We were surprised as the unit was not loud prior to their service. Luckily it has been cool lately. Last night the unit clicked on and woke me up. I called today to cancel the monthly program because I am not satisfied and was informed that I will be charged more for the poor service they provided because I am canceling the program. Crazy?
