Lee R. Lederman review: Negligent real estate attorney

Attorney did not confirm for our house purchase closing that a C.O. was available until the day before we were supposed to close 4/13/12. The seller did not have proper plumbing and electrical permits. Closing delay put us in a hotel for almost 2 weeks and the attorney would not take any responsibility for negligence of keeping on top of our file and confirming all that was needed to close. Attorney also not going to bat for us to get hotel expense reimbursement from seller since it's seller's responsiblity to have C.O. Poor communication, slow response, NO EMPATHY for our situation whatsoever. STEER CLEAR OF THIS GUY AND HIS STAFF...do not take responsibility or accountability for any activity in the office.
