Leading Edge Salon One of the hairdressers has damaged hair and let me walk out the salon with patchy hair

One of the hairdressers has damaged hair and let me walk out the salon with patchy hair. I didn't realize until 1 week later when I washed it and blow-dried it out piece by piece. The manager drew a diagram saying that I had box hair dye in my hair, which I never have. Instead of taking accountability and returning my money so I can get products or go somewhere else to fix it, she is vouching for it.
