Ganito issue ng parcel ko. Pinaship ng seller nov 23 pa hanggang ngayon ayaw ipaship back sa seller ano gusto ng lbc naka stuck up sakanila item ko! Kahighblood
Same scenario happened. This is my case right now, please check with your service team in Cityland Makati Branch. If this was happened multiple times, maybe there is something wrong. I went to this branch to asked why is my package on Pending status in your online tracker. But all they can say is “pakiantay nalang po yung text namin na ready na for pickup, naemail na po”. But they didn’t answer me, so I sent an email to your customer care and I don’t get any reply. So few days after, I called your hotline which is madali naman makatawag, at ang sabi “nareport na po, pwede nyo din ifollowup with the branch ulit and dun sa email sa customer care, isend nyo nalang din copy ng receipt nyo”. LBC team, hope you can at least send a reply to our email inquiry. We are very thankful for your service and maybe for you guys it is just a box but for us mahalaga yun and hindi naman po libre service nyo, so please take this seriously.
same situation.. amlost 2 weeks na ang item ko hanggang ngaun hindi pa den nadedeliver san na naman kaya at paano ko kukuhanin yan nakakainis na🤨😐😑😶
Ask q lng po kelan q makukuha items q pinadala pa nun august 8 2020 galing malate manila but until now ndi kopa nakukuha
Bulok ang system ng LBC. I will never ship my parcel again dito. Ang TATAMAD! nakaka hiya naman sa kanila. Nag bayad ka for door to door delivery pero idineclare walang kumukuha eh andun ung receiver 24/7 due to MECQ di makalabas! Ka HB kayo!

I had a very very bad first experience sa LBC Lipa branch.. mga tamad ba nagdedeliever dun? Nyeta.. ang tagal Ng nasa kanila Yung item pero Di nila diniliever.. one week bago ideliever.. kaso wala na Yung mag rereceive. Nasa ibang bansa na.. nyeta kayo LBC Lipa.. palitan niyo mga nagwowork dun. So hntayin KO nlng bumalik sakin ung item ko

Anu po gagawin ko Kasi Yung papers ko Po Hindi ko po nakuha Kasi nakaaddress Po sa matina Davao City branch nahirapan Po ako pumuntang Davao kaya di ko Po napick up.. pwede Po ba ereturn Yung papers address nalng Po sa midsayap north cotabato..
Question lang po, ano po bang ibig sabihin ng internal mail dispatch?
Nagship ako ng November 20 2020, sinend ko sa buyer yung tracking number, after nun nagchat si buyer sakin na di niya nareceive ang parcel nung december 23 2020 na hindi niya nareceive so pumunta ulit ako sa LBC para asikasuhin, ang sabi nung una sakin nasa manila daw ang tracking, so sinabi ko sa buyer na pakitrack nalang ulit, tapos di daw nila matrack, so pumunta ulit ako kanina, qng sabi nasa manila internal dispatch na daw, tinanong ko kung paano yun, sabi di na daw mababawi yung item, sakin o kay buyer. Ano yun? Itatapon niyo na yung item? Bakit di niyo nalang ibalik! Nakakainis, kung nagttxt din kasi na may for pick up or returned item edi hindi sana ganyan.
Hello po... pakibalik sa banlat branch ang items with tracking nos.[protected]... hindi ko po npansin nong nasa banlat na po ang items... di rin nag inform ang banlat branch na nasa knila na cargo.. pls.. nkikiusap pakubalik po sa banla branch t ang cargo po at kukunin ko po.. maraming salamay po..
Kapag internal dispatch po ba ibig sabihin hindi na ibabalik sau ung item? Paano yon kung nabayaran na yong item, alngan naman na si seller magaabuno.hindi dpat ganun bakit pa cla nag cocollect ng insurance if ever daw mawala ung item kasi papalitan nila ung amount worth ng item kung i declare nila na dispatch ung item.ibig sabihin parang nawala na din yon on their hand.
Yong item ko since nov.20, 2020 pa till now dpa bumabalik item sakin.lagi cnsabi email na daw nila at hintayin nlng daw yong text kapag ready na for pick up.pero wla man ako narerecieve na message until now, hhindi nmn lagi dpat ppnta ako ng branch para mag follow up kasi busy din nman ako sa ibang bagay.tpos nkita ko recieve internal dispatch? Ibig ba sabhin non hindi na makukuha ung item? Kalokohan yon ano pagaabunohin nyo kami sa sarili nyong lapse, hindj nman namin kasalanan kung hindi kau marunong magtext or mag update.kaya wla kau kaparapatan na dispatch ung item namin dahil hindi naman kau ang nagbayad doon.i hope ma resolve yong issue sa parcel ko kasi d ako papayag na magaabuno ako at masisisra sa buyer ko dahil lang sa kakulangan ninyo
